  Ethan at First Rate Roofing Services was extremely helpful! Not only did he communicate by phone (a lost art) but he went above and beyond, coming out SAME DAY, to inspect my roof so he could give me a quote. He then had his crew on my roof fixing the issues the very next day! He quoted and gave me a very fair price and was quick to respond to all of my questions. Without a doubt a first rate experience. I would definitely recommend 10/10!

  Fantastic roofer to work with. We had several bidders come out to inspect our business’s flat roof. First Rate Roofing’s bid was in the middle, but they stood out because they took the time to do a thorough inspection instead of rushing through the process. Don spent nearly an hour on the roof marking all of the deficiencies, while the other companies only spent 10–15 minutes before quickly trying to sell us a new roof. First Rate came back out and completed the repairs and maintenance that were actually needed. Because of the scope of the issues, a few leaks still remained afterward, but they came back out the following day once we discovered them and got everything fixed. Don has been fantastic to work with and is extremely knowledgeable about all things roofing. I highly recommend First Rate Roofing to anyone looking for a company that gets the job done without the high-pressure sales pitch to replace the entire roof.
