  I was driving on Francis today at 3pm today and this company’s driver was speeding, cutting in and out of traffic, and I witnessed him cut someone off almost causing a crash. This was all in the company vehicle. I would suggest to get better employees to represent your company.

  I had Bartlett Roofing replace two roofs one composite and one metal. The composite roof was ok but I had several concerns about lumps under the new roofing and ridge cap. This was never addressed. The metal roof was a complete hack job!!! They tried to fix twice. I'm not satisfied !!! Quality control guy turns out to be the supervisor of project??? After explaining how pissed I was. He explained this was his 7th metal roof job. Production manger addressed my concerns as growing pains???

  I have a no solicitation sign on my door. 3 times now the guys have knocked on my door saying they have worked on a neighbors roof “ just finished it” noticed I have missing shingles and wanted to offer reaching out to my insurance to work on my roof. I work from home I know my neighbors there has been no work done every time they say this. Why are you lying to me? Now the last guy that came by was incredibly rude Samuel he left his card. The guy today I would have happily hired an even told him I’d call him after I switched insurance except his card Is the same company as Samuel’s and it’s Bartlett. Don’t knock on a door and tell me you’ve worked on this neighbor’s house and noticed. If you guys come to my house again with that same story being I work from home and there hasn’t been any roof construction in over a year I will be filing a complaint. No solicitation means that. If this company steps foot on my property again I will be seeking further action. Now it’s just creepy because of the script and the lying

  If I could give this company a zero I would. We had a salesman show up to our house and talk to us about turning our roof into insurance and Bartlett would take care of us. So we did this and insurance approved an amount. Then that amount …

  Do NOT hire this company! The contractor inspected my roof, showed me photos and said there was a large area missing shingles which could be linked to a windstorm in November. He said that the damage was enough to get me a new roof using my homeowners insurance. I contacted State Farm to file a claim and he provided statements to that effect. Long story short - when the insurance assessor inspected my roof, there were only 8 missing shingles. I took my case to my State Farm agent, who said they were familiar with complaints re: Bartlett Roofing.

  Estimator Joe Poindexter was sure to accommodate all of our wants and needs for all three structures on our property. The installation crew was incredibly hard working. Bartlett had a project forman (Ken) on site 100% of the time. He took care of any and all logistical issues that came up making the entire project flow seamlessly. It was real nice recieving photos of the project as it progressed from start to finish. In all very pleased

  I worked with Vitaly to coordinate getting my old wind damaged roof completely replaced & the entire process was nothing but positive. The roof itself was done by their Lilac Crew and it was completed in 2 days. It looks fantastic and I am so happy with it. My small little house feels protected from the elements & my hair didn't turn any more grey in the process.

  #1 reason we used the company was their advocacy with our insurance company. Because of that, we saved $7-8k off the total cost and only paid $3k for the roof replacement. One minor complaint is the company they contract with to do their work was disrespectful of our yard space at times. I saw a soccer ball come down from the roof, a worker sitting in our raised garden bed, and the same worker riding one of our bikes. Still, we would recommend again to a friend if they can get the same deal with the insurance claim. Our situation was wind damage.

  I had a great experience with this roofing company, especially working with Kevin Dickerson. As a first-time homeowner, dealing with a roof issue and insurance was overwhelming, but Kevin made the process so much easier. He worked directly with my insurance and was able to get them to cover all of the cost, saving me a huge amount of money. He was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me through the process. I really appreciate everything Kevin did and would highly recommend him and this company to anyone needing roofing work!
