  Gave me an estimate for a new roof. I said I will call them in 3 weeks when money comes through. 4 weeks later they are booked through spring. Now I must find someone else. Hopefully someone more reliable. Bigger jobs are more important anyway I just have a small house.

  It has been a year now and they still have not passed the final inspection on my new roof as well as can't find time to place the soffets on the west side of my house which would not even take them an hour to.do. They are very bad about keeping their word. I should have seen that before they did my roof when they were supposed to start in March last year and didn't start until June. My neighbor had a total yearoff and reroof done by one person and they finished before mine was done and Inland had four different people working on mine. Don't know how I am ever going to get them to finish the job for me as I made the mistake of paying them when they promised to be back before another week had occurred to finish. Their family.owned business used to be a trusted company but certainly cannot be depended upon now. Too bad as they are going to lose a lot of business. I would not recommend them. The siding they outoback up as well was all bent up and crinkled and should have been replaced but that was not done as well. They just don't want to take the time to do things right. They then complained that they lost money on doing my.roof.

  Inland Roofing is a long time family owned business in Spokane Valley. They recently replaced my roof and two skylights. They did a fantastic job with remarkable attention towards detail! I highly recommend them, they are a pleasure to work with!

  John at Inland Roofing has done repairs for us, inspections , the last one in 2026 and a full roof replacement in 2016. He has always been fair and the work has always been done right. We have never hesitated to call them for any reason. If you need help with anything involving your roof give them a call you will not be disappointed.

  Inland Roofing and Supply finished replacing our roof earlier this month. For me, there were three parts to the roofing experience: the bids, the process and the results. Bids: Hayden provided a detailed written bid explaining what they would do and how it would be done. He was one of five bidders. He took the time to go through it line by line and answer any questions. He noticed issues with the current roof that needed to be fixed that no other bidder caught. Process: They carefully protected everything around the house with tarps before starting every day. By the end of each day, all roofing debris was meticulously cleaned up. Hayden and John always showed up early. They kept me informed each morning about what to expect. My dog liked to watch and hang out with them. So did other dogs in the neighborhood. Nothing bothered them. Results: The finished roof is a dramatic improvement. Hayden and John went above and beyond to fix areas on the roof that have been problems in the past. Their work appears to reflect their many years of experience. Hayden reviewed the warranty with me so I know exactly what to do if any issues arise. Any roofing replacement is a big investment but being able to take pride in the looks and the workmanship, makes it worthwhile.

  Inland roofed our prior home 30+ years ago, we had a great experience and the roof is still in great shape. Unfortunately, our current home was roofed by a disreputable roofer before our purchase and began leaking at less than a year, with no resolution after several attempted repairs. Inland replaced the roof and corrected many issues, including lack of venting, from a prior addition and the subsequent very poor roofing. New skylights also. Super job, cleanup great--and we know because they have been in business in Spokane since the 1950's that they will stand by their work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

  Hayden and Crew were great. They showed up when they said they would. Did a great job cleaning up at the end of the day. They did above and beyond. It was a very messy job tearing multiple layers. Other than a beautiful roof no other signs of them being here showed.

  Attention to detail, cleanliness, communication was all top notch. Going through getting a new roof for the 1st time as a home owner was bad enough, but this company made the process smooth and simple. Showing up on time every day, checking in with updates when leaving for the day. A++++
