After stepping on so many nails I do not feel safe to go around our house. It's been a few months after the roof was installed, and there have been many nail checks resulting in many small piles of nails since the project ended. I know some nails falling is normal but come on guys!!! The roof is really nice though. But they broke a gutter during the installation, so they paid for half of the cost of getting all new gutters put on since it wasn't repairable. They didnt tell us we had some wood rotting by the roof while they were working up there too. We found out from the gutter guy.

I had over $30,000 worth of damage from the hailstorm in May. Project manager, Brad, did a fabulous job coordinating roof replacement, screened enclosure repair, gutter replacement, garage door repair, and much more. I cannot say enough about Speer Roofinv and Brad and Owner Aaron. The job was phenomenal and timely. I highly recommend them and will certainly use them in the future!

I just moved to Florida, buying a new home I wanted to ensure my investment was protected so I got a roof replacement. Speer Roofing made sure to communicate every step of the way, helping me make the right choices for shingle colors and fascia. It turned out beautifully. I recommend them all the way!
