  It’s quite simple - STAY AWAY FROM JANNEY ROOFING.  Our roof project started in October and just finished in April.  They are quite possibly the most inept company.  They will talk the greatest game with NO follow through other than constant issues.  Horrible oversight by “project managers” - we use that term very loosely since we were constantly watching for correct procedures, safety issues, and cleanliness - and having to relay that information to the PMs that were going to be onsite for - if nothing else communication assistance.  Disrespectful workers - parking in the yard, on top of sprinklers, leaning ladders on finished roof pieces - that was a BIG NO NO according to the PM however never stopped.  Parking cars in our driveway overnight without asking, showing up to work on our roof in the black of night without permission.  Left flaming Cheetos spilled all over our white landscape rocks, trash everywhere, women walking around our yard and driveway with babies in the evenings, children ride toys left in the drive, repairing cars on a Saturday night until 11pm, and we have a stack of notes on other issues like this.  The PM Nate is a bully and does NOT like to have to deal with women - especially one that is intelligent.  His sidekick Jillian has such a lack of experience he couldn’t even answer questions by the inspector.  They would send update pictures claiming it was taken when they were leaving the job sight and it obviously was not taken then based on the sun setting.  Multiple times we questioned the work being done and were told that they’d handle it during the end punch list - causing major repairs to be done instead of catching things and doing it correctly the first time.  They say they will care about your home as if it’s theirs but that’s the farthest thing from the truth.  The inspector told us that they did the bare minimum to get things passed and if it was his house he’d being seeing them in court.  We’ve had neighbors stop to ask who we were

  Janney came to evaluate our roof for a repair, which was easy to schedule and on time. However, I was told I would receive a quote the next business day that never came. I never heard back even after calling to follow up. 1/5 stars for poor customer service and lack of communication.

  We did not hire Janney roofing, but my neighbor did. They stole power from my house by plugging into an outside electrical outlet ON MY HOUSE without asking. When my husband called the office and asked to speak to a manager, he was told none was available and someone would call him back. This call never came. My husband was home and one of our vehicles was in the driveway. All they had to do was ask. They didn't. If there were a way to leave a zero star review for a company I never used, I would.

  They had put a roof on my parents house about five years ago, and the shingles were a mess. The grid did not stay on the shingles and they did not fix the problem. I would not recommend this company.

  Contacted Janney Roofing for an estimate on a roof inspection/replacement. They were quick to send me all kinds of e-mail correspondence but the rep that eventually reached out to me was truly unreliable and unprofessional. I had to follow up with him several times after he assured me he would be getting back to me. Long story short, after almost 2 weeks I never eeven got a quote from them.

  My wife and I highly recommend Janney Roofing. They did an exceptional job with our full roof replacement from start to finish. Our Sales Rep. Darwin made the initial process very smooth, and his assistant, Madeline, was fantastic in helping us pick what color was best for our new roof. Our Job Coordinator Dennys kept everything perfectly on track. Elvis and his crew did an amazing job with the actual replacement and left our property spotless with a thorough cleanup. Annette, our Customer Service Support Specialist, provided outstanding care while handling all of our concerns along the way. The entire team was incredibly professional and courteous.   Janney Roofing who installed my window upgrade to Hurricane Impact resistant windows was superb from the beginning when they first consulted with me about the project to the very end of the project. Their actual installers were highly skilled and very efficient with the time the project took. The foreman for the installation ( Darwin Cruz from Janney and Sebastian on the window side of the Project) were continually available to me no matter what. When a very small issue occurred a company was consulted for window blind adjustment - the first thing the Rep from the consulting firm said was that Janney wanted me to be satisfied regardless of the cost which they assumed. I can only say this company is the best construction type company I’ve ever worked with for the 22 years in which I’ve owned my home. And they honor the time frame of your contract and don’t delay completion time.

  Outstanding process from the initial quote with Aaron Jenness (Sales) to Rob Hendrickson (Site Manager) and Annette Montanez (Customer Service Manager) with the permits and communications. Aaron especially was helpful as this job was a warranty replacement with Owens Corning and he assisted with the required photos and paperwork. I also appreciated how Rob handled the actual roof install as I had concerns about the weather and imminent rain. Rob explained the process Janney uses to remove/install the roof in small sections with large tarps ready for any rain, and everything worked out great. Thanks again to the Janney team. The communication during the entire job was excellent.

  I had an excellent experience with this roofing company! I was in the middle of a garage conversion project and, due to a county inspection requirement, I needed a gooseneck vent installed on my roof as quickly as possible to keep my project on schedule. From my very first call, they were incredibly responsive. They answered all of my questions right away, had someone out to assess the job the same day, and completed the work the very next morning. Because of their fast communication and quick turnaround, I was able to pass my inspection and keep my project moving without delays. On top of that, I shopped around and received quotes from several other roofing companies. Their pricing was significantly more competitive than the others, so I received outstanding service at a great value. If you’re looking for a roofing company that is responsive, reliable, works quickly, and offers fair pricing, I highly recommend them. Their professionalism and customer service truly made a stressful situation much easier!

  Janney was fantastic! They helped us find the multiple water intrusion points, replaced all the safety hazards on the roof, and helped us select a roof color that matched our house and neighborhood. Their representative's Brad and Annette were fantastic and their presentation and conduct were what made Janney stand out from the other roofing contractors while we were getting estimates, and their help and assistance with everything since has been water tight evidence we chose the right company.

  Hello. Back in February 2026 I knew that my roof was almost 24 years old and was nearing its life expectancy, so I decided to get some quotes and replace the roof during the Florida dry season. I interviewed three companies and asked for specific quotes. I chose Janney Roofing because their quote was competitive with the others, but they also had years of experience in the roofing industry and used Owens Corning materials. A few weeks later in early March Janney showed up and removed the old roof and put on a new roof in one day. My house is over 2600 square feet, so this was an impressive achievement. I did not write a review immediately because I knew that the real test of a new roof is summertime in Florida when you get frequent thunderstorms with high winds and torrential rain. As of 27 July 2026, my house has been through numerous thunderstorms and the roof is solid (no leaks, no torn shingles) so they do quick, efficient work and their product is reliable. As an additional note, part of the contract with Janney was to remove solar panels from my roof that are used to heat my pool and to re-install them afterwards. The initial re-install went without incident but a couple of months later I noticed a small leak in one of the solar panel return pipes. I contacted Janney and they sent a team out to fix it within a few days. The problem was resolved with no further issues. So, to summarize, they have a quality product, they work quickly, and they follow up if you have a problem which is why I give them five stars.

  Janney Roofing installed a new roof on my personal home in 2018. When the time came for a new roof on another property, I called Janney Roofing. Richard came over for an estimate. Janney Roofing is easy to work with and their communication throughout the process is great! Richard, Rob, Annette, Madeline and Ladora were all a part of the process and they all were quick to answer any questions or to provide any additional information.   I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Janney Roofing. From my very first phone call, the office staff was friendly, professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. Communication is extremely important to me, and Janney Roofing exceeded my expectations from the initial call through the completion of the repair and the follow-up afterward. Every question was answered promptly, and I always felt informed throughout the entire process. A special thank you to Richard Wolk, who made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. Richard was knowledgeable, honest, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was handled properly. When he came to inspect our roof, he didn't just look at the obviously damaged area, he performed an inspection of the entire roof and even inspected our attic to ensure there were no additional concerns.
