  We allowed these men to repair a leaking skylight even though their price was more than 2 other estimates. While 1 of the men were repairing, he stepped onto the skylight , cracking it. When I brought this to the attention of 1 of the supervisors Rivera , he outright denied causing any damage. My husband ask them to leave the property which became another issue with Rivera as he began cursing me while demanding he be paid. Thankfully Law enforcement arrived and removed this company from our property I do not recommend this company and it's an ongoing nightmare to retrieve the money for damages they caused

  Once again We have no record of any customer by this name, and The Roofing Factory has never performed any work, inspection, repair, or roofing service for this individual. This review appears to be part of the same ongoing pattern of false reviews being posted through multiple newly created profiles in connection with Richard Warren, an individual who has never been a customer of our company and who appears to have a personal dispute with an independent sales representative associated with our business. The Roofing Factory has no involvement whatsoever in that personal dispute, yet our company and its reputation have repeatedly been targeted through accounts presenting themselves as customers despite having no business relationship with us. Because of the repeated nature of this activity, we have documented the reviews and accounts involved, and a police report regarding the alleged harassment has already been filed. We are also preserving all relevant documentation for any additional action that may become necessary. We welcome honest feedback from every legitimate customer we serve. However, fake profiles and fabricated customer experiences created for the purpose of damaging a company’s reputation are not legitimate reviews. We respectfully request that this activity stop immediately and that any false reviews concerning The Roofing Factory be removed.

  I had a scheduled appointment for an estimate this morning, confirmed, but no one ever showed up, never called , text, nothing. I even reached out this morning to the same text used to confirm and got no response. Attached is my correspondence with this company. What a waste of my time, and how inconsiderate.

  I really thought this company was going to be the company to choose to do the work,but they never got back to me with an estimate,but stated they wanted my business and to lie to a Very and a first aid responder doesn't sit well with me, I doubt they even try to make it right with me.

  I had an excellent experience with The Roofing Factory! From the very first contact with the sales representative and customer service team to the crew who completed the repairs on my roof, the entire process was outstanding. I especially want to recognize the crew for being professional, attentive to every detail, organized, and respectful of my property. They did a great job and made sure everything was clean and in order when they finished. It’s truly appreciated when a company is reliable, communicates well, and takes pride in the quality of their work. I highly recommend The Roofing Factors and would definitely use them again.
