  Left a door hanger on my house while I was away. Not only are we a no solicitation neighborhood, but it's actually Florida law that a roofing company cannot do door-to-door sales. I happen to need a new roof and was considering this company, but no longer am unfortunately. Edit: YOU put yourself in this position by violating a very real state law - it has nothing to do with whether I did business with your company or not. I'm merely informing others of my experience, this is how review systems work. If you'd like to avoid any future backlash, I'd highly suggest finding a more ethical and y'know, legal, approach to your sales tactics. PS: There is actually a "NO SOLICITATION" sign posted at the entrance of our neighborhood very clearly, I shouldn't NEED to have a sticker on my own house if a company is capable of respecting such wishes. If a company is violating state law and ignoring a request to not be harassed by an entire community, what makes you think another of the same sign would accomplish? Best of luck with everything, seems like you need it.

  AS, Im sorry that our door hanger caused you this much grief to leave a bad review on a company you have not even done business with. I can assure you that we stay above board on every aspect of the law and door to door sales is not illegal in any manner. It sounds like you are referencing SB76 which was changed to HB305, then over ruled by a supreme court judge due to freedom of speech. I would suggest you getting a no soliciting sticker for your front door which we keep on hand for homeowners that we come across that do not want our help.

  I’ve edited my 5 star review. I originally left 5 stars due to a work “contest” the salesmen were in to help them win a prize. Now after using their services this company is AWFUL. Worst communication ever. The owner’s wife, Heather, who works as the bookeeper is rude and unprofessional. Losing checks, sending late notices with late fees before the job was completed were just a few issues and any communication to resolve the issues with her was met with ridiculous excuses. I also was instructed to hire their attorney they work with to fight for my claim to be paid out with my insurance company. After paying him $1,500 it was brought to my attention that all the attorney did was call and found out the check went to the wrong address months before he was hired. If JM did their job and followed up with the claim they would have known that. I basically paid $1,500 for nothing. They also notarized my NOC illegally. Beware of hiring this company and any reviews that you see that references an employee because they’re probably fake from their “contests”.

  Hoping to have them install my new roof Zach Martin was out to do the inspection and answered all of my concerns , there products look awesome and can’t wait to move forward. Well 8 months later Zach is gone and I am just finishing up with this company , they totally dropped the ball with all the follow up paperwork and inspections and than accused me and my insurance for dragging our feet. Although the roof came out great the follow through was ridiculously horrible.

  We couldn’t be happier with our new roof from J & M Roofing! Cory was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, especially with navigating our homeowners insurance and some legal challenges along the way. The crew did an amazing job, completing the entire roof in just one day and leaving everything spotless afterward.

  J&M Roofing replaced my roof July 2026. I live in independence, Winter Garden. Cory worked with my insurance company, HOA, and solar company to make the process simple and did a wonderful job ripping & replacing the roof in one day.

  We just got our brand new roof installed with honestly the most amazing, honest and greatest quality roofing company in Florida, this guys were by our side from the begging to the end and we want to specially thank from the bottom of our hearts Jim and BJ for their amazing loyalty hard work and patience throughout the entire process , they helped fight for us for what we deserved and they got us a brand new roof of high quality and beautiful !!!   Jimmy and Bj were awesome to work with. I reached out on a Saturday morning and my roof was fix by Saturday afternoon. What I valued the most from J&M roofing is that they actually took the time to find the leak and fix it along with other issue that they found. I had multiple roofing companies come out and right away they were saying I needed a new roof. I appreciate their knowledge and honesty. From a Deltona home homeowner THANK YOU!

  Great company. Chris and Cory are very knowledge about roofing and how to work with insurance companies. Both provided excellent service and answered all our questions. The crew showed up on time and finished the work quickly in spite of stormy weather. They also did a great job cleaning up. Highly recommended.
