  Let me start with the work they did was good, their workers created a mess around the yard and got a lot of tar spots on my swim spa cover, but overall the work was good. My issue is they worked with GAF Energy Solar and BFARR supported them 100%. I wanted to cancel the solar shingles after several incidents of incompetence by GAF, but NO i was reassured GAF is great company and we have worked with them for years and they and BFARR back everything we do! (they don't) So I moved forward into a nightmare. They finished the roof in May we started in February and there were numerous issues in this timeframe because of GAF and their incompetence, BUT BFARR said they are great. it took months to activate the account with FPL and it was so difficult to work with GAF and BFARR was no help. Because the roof was done and that's the part BFARR does they were no help, but they are partners when they sell you the product. No one from BFARR or GAF figured out i would need 1 million in insurance for the solar program. This takes the benefit of solar away, as the policy is $750.00 a year, time 30 years for the life of the system. Now these are the experts, they developed the plan, pushed the product, yeah but nothing about the insurance. When I asked if we could share the cost of the insurance due to lack of information, GAF did step up but BFARR would not. So we will see how they deal with warranty work. I was told that one of the owners said "did we violate anything on the contract?" Yeah how about being knowledgeable about you product, partners and inform you customers of extra costs! i would say BFARR does a good job of putting a roof on. They are a roofing company so that's kind of what they are supposed to do. I take offence with their staff telling how much BFARR backs their products and work, but when you ask them for help, due to their negligence of informing their customers of important information, you hear crickets... again will they support the warranty ?

We clearly missed the mark there. Our trust in GAF Energy has also been broken; while they are stemmed from a 100-year-old company (GAF), their decision to cease all Florida operations as of Jan 1, 2026, has failed both our customers and our team.   Needed new roof and gutters after hail damage called BFARR Jessie was great. The issue started the day Brain S showed up late to meeting, not very honest about staffs communication, care of my property , and job completion date. Job started 8 Jan on schedule and today is 20 Jan 2024 and job still not complete. All work is done by sub contractors none of work is completed by BFARR. As a 100% disabled combat veteran having to clean up my porch and yard where crew had lunch and spilled food , replace sprinkler heads they ran over, and adjust my schedule repeatedly because sub contractors do not show up as scheduled is ridiculous. Would never recommend this company to anyone certainly will warn others against using them. Now I know why I had never seen BFARR yards signs in Orange Tree sub division.

  This is an excerpt from the email confirming our appointment to assess our roof, after already having been bounced around between staff members. “We will always work to accommodate you and your schedule. We look forward to meeting you and earning your trust! Pedro Cabral” Then, an hour before Pedro was supposed to arrive he, texts to reconfirm the appointment while I was out doing yard work. I come back in to prepare for his arrival to find that he canceled our appointment. I called just before he was appointed to arrive to find that he was adamant about postponing to a weekday because he didn’t want to drive the 45 minutes to get to our home. Our trust was not earned, our schedule was not accommodated, and we will not be moving forward with BFARR. Truly disappointed after seeing the other reviews for this company.

  Worse mistake I ever made... Was NOT to hire BFARR for last roofing project. The men worked in a well coordinated, organized fashion. Well set dumpster , tear off , installation, meanwhile Charles and Edwin were on site daily to provide real time snapshots of work in progress, including keeping me updated on the progress and time schedule. Wood replacement perfectly installed and joined, looks great.. At the end , clean up was phenomenal. Not a single nail left behind. Recommend to all.. Very satisfied... Gutters laterthis week ... Many thanks to all.. <20K

  Look no further, I have done the legwork for you. You won't find a better roofing company with a better guarantee than BFARR. They are in a league of their own, they are the best!   I had an exceptional experience with BFARR Roofing company and cannot recommend them enough! From the start, Steve, a BFARR sales representative addressed my concerns as well as listened to my experiences with other roofing companies I had interviewed in the past. BFARR stood out completely from other roofing companies. When I consulted with two other companies, they basically shrugged and told me good luck or that my home would become a demolition site, showing zero regard for taking care of my property. BFARR Roofing team, on the other hand, went above and beyond. They completely followed through on my specific requests—including setting up protective coverings for my garden to keep my landscape safe during the project. When a minor issue happened with some rust getting on my driveway, they promptly cleaned it up. I felt extremely comfortable working with them every step of the way because of the genuine care and professionalism they showed toward my home.

  We had a great experience with BFARR Roofing. Their communication throughout the entire process was excellent, and the quality of their workmanship was outstanding.   For the second time, we recently used BFARR Contracting, a 5 star Company, to install our new roof. It was a great experience thanks to Project Manager, Shane Emery, who completed the schedule of work to be done. He also set up a group chat between himself, us and the Foreman Edgar, so we could plot their progress. Shane's team completed our project in just two days. Shane's team was professional, extremely knowledgeable and skilled. They did an outstanding job installing our new shingle roof. The final results were beyond our expectations.   Bfarr was amazing to work with from beginning to end. Charles and crew we're quick to respond to any questions we had. From day one Charles was honest and went through all options and thoroughly explained what benefits there were to each option. Quote came in as price expected for the work. Also helpfulnin the process of making the warranty claim through the manufacturer. I would definitely recommend!

  We used BFARR contracting for our windows. We had 7 windows in total done with hurricane windows. They showed up on time and worked hard for two days to complete the windows (which weren't easy to do). They were very polite and kept me in the loop the whole time and explained the process step by step so we were comfortable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs windows done.
