  I had a project manager from 3MG that he was going to give me a complimentary tarp while talking to him about a roof replacement he lied and charged me me $2,655.00 Then I told him please don’t nail my tarp they put way over 100 nails. He told me I could get a certain type of roof material after I signed the contract many things changed. The project manager lies through his teeth I live in Ocala,fl and wouldn’t for sure deal with this company I’m still fighting with them I’m 74 and I’m not healthy

  It has been nightmare for dealing with 3MG. 10 years workmanship warranty clearly on 3MG website. I would not recommend this contractor!

  Did a great job with my roof after hurricane Ian. Had a local solar company come out and address some minor issues. Unfortunately they could not complete the job because the panels were not remapped when the new roof was put on. Tried calling 3mg multiple times and explained the issue with a "we will get back to you response". I understand the work was done a few years ago but unfortunately it was not completed the way it should. Now it might cost me a large sum of money to remap the solar panels so they can be serviced properly.

  I was holding back roughly $2,000 because I had issues with the roof, and squirrels had gotten into the attic through an opening they created. Today I learned they had placed a lien on my property. I did pay them in full once the work was completed. Communication was difficult because the workers on-site did not speak English, and it was clear the company was relying on cheap labor. They also strongly pushed for a five‑star rating. To be fair, the quality of the work itself was excellent. What frustrates me is that no one had the integrity to inform me that they had filed a lien on my home while the job was still incomplete. One gentleman did go out of his way to help, and I appreciate that. But for anyone considering doing business with this company, please think twice. Also, avoid their solar panels. They look nice but are not energy‑efficient, extremely expensive, and not worth the cost. I see some customers praising them, but that has not been my experience.

  Had a 26+ year old roof that outlived its life, Chance Galloway inspected and helped us pick the perfect roof! Got everything done incredibly quickly and also did our Dock roof!

  If I could give a score of 10 stars, I would give a 10+! Harrison and his team were amazing throughout the whole process! I was being proactive and called for an inspection on my 19.5 year old roof. The first time they came out, I was told the roof was in great shape and did not need replacement at that time. I was given pictures to share with insurance company. Several months later, a major hail storm occurred and they came out for a second inspection. Major damage was found and photographed. Harrison and team walked me thru the process of filing a claim with insurance. They kept me updated throughout the process of working with insurance thru the roof and gutter replacement. The roofing team showed up on time and completed the job in one day. They were thorough and cleaned up the area when done. Afterwards, Harrison followed up with me and inspected the work and cleanup. All my questions were answered in a timely manner. I have shared my story with friends and neighbors and recommend this company for their integrity and customer service. Thank you 3MG Roofing!

  I’m so impressed with Charles Jablonski and the work his team did. As a realtor, my seller client needed a time-sensitive quote for roof repairs prior to closing. Charles ensured we got an excellent quote, which we accepted, and then ensured all the work was done so our closing wasn’t delayed. The quality was exceptional and they stand by their work.
