After the recent storms, my patio started leaking. After seeing the phenomenal work Specialized Roofing Systems did on my mom’s house, I knew exactly who to call. Anthony got me worked into the schedule quickly and had everything repaired with exceptional quality, leaving no detail overlooked. He was professional, honest, knowledgeable, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. Anthony got back to me the same day that I asked for help. A leak showed up after a two hour storm. I think it was the very next day that he got out to inspect. He found the leak, documented it, and found other locations that needed repairs. He got me an estimate right away and got the house on the schedule within just days, before the next rain, with enough time for the repairs to dry. He sent lots of photos before repairs and after he got them done. Very impressed with his responsiveness and efficiency. The price was not cheap, but I was willing to pay more for a licensed, reputable, professional to do the job right. Mission accomplished.

I had a roof leak in my newly purchased house and Anthony really helped me out. I'm definitely a do-it-yourself kind of person and rather than trying to sell me on his services, he explained exactly how my issue occurred and helped my find a way to resolve the issue myself so I could save the money I would have spent and put it towards my new home. I respect someone with that kind of integrity and plan on calling him back when I inevitably need roofing services in the future.

The ceiling in our garage stared leaking last week after it had rained most of the night. The rain stopped but the ceiling was still leaking. I found Anthony’s business and saw he had excellent reviews so I gave him a call to see if he could diagnose the source of the leak. A couple of days later he was at my house only to find out that the leak was not coming from the roof. He asked for permission to poke through the drywall on the ceiling which was already compromised and to our surprise discovered the problem was our HVAC. After this he went above and beyond to get me in contact with a technician that he knew and asked to come look at the problem. Long story short, our HVAC problem was fixed. Anthony is a true professional dedicated to providing quality customer service. We will definitely call when we are ready to do maintenance on our roof.
