  just like every other contractor in LC, unresponsive, late Edit: to clarify: owner did show up, checked the roof and told us there were multiple problems and water testing needs to be done. Told us someone will be there in approx 2 hours. They didnt show up or contact us at all. They did show up late in the evening, checked with water and said there are multiple spots and that thermal camera needs to be used for accuracy and tomorrow 8-9 am someone would show up to check that and give us the the final estimate. Nobody showed up in the morning, we were not given any notification about rescheduling and after asking in the afternoon is it going to happen that day, you said yes and send us the some estimate without the camera check mentioned. It seemed like a lot of delay and poor communication with two days completely wasted with an active leak so we decided to proceed with someone else. The response we got back when we told you that was, "we had a lot of calls." It takes 10 seconds to send a message. Taking all of this out of context and asking to take down a negative review tells a lot too. Thank you,

  ARC Roofing, LLC worked on my roof in 2017. Initially I was happy and it came with a 10 year warranty. In 2023, I had wind damage on the roof. Jason basically ghosted me from February 2023 through June 2023, according to him due to health issues. It got resolved eventually. I ended up learning from a different contractor that the work was bad and needed rework. I don't recommend ARC Roofing LLC. Go to a more reliable company/person.

  I called ARC Roofing based on their reviews which were excellent. I called on a Monday Morning and got a response within 24 hours. The voicemail recording was for Jason but Christopher returned my call. They sent someone that same evening. Being I was calling for my father he received the gentleman, saw the damage and took the insurance information they requested. One week later I have not received a call back with an estimate or any call whatsoever. I called back to see if I could find out what the status was but still no response. We understand we are not the only ones needing work but a courtesy call would be nice letting us know they chose not do the job for whatever reason. Not very impressed with their customer service. From their reviews they do excellent work but unfortunately we didn't get the same courtesy. Call at your own risk knowing you might not get results.

  I highly recommend ARC roofing for your roofing needs. Jason assured and warranted my roof. When I realized recently of small leaks from the recent rain we’ve had Julie worked hard to assure me they would take care of it. Jimmy took time out of working hours to find where the leak was coming from. Julie also stopped by and together they assured that it would be taken of.   Awesome team! Everyone involved were easy to work with and they all had your best interest in mind.The attention to detail surpassed my expectations. I got my flat roof coated in white Silicone to waterproof it and reflect the suns rays. The problem with getting it coated was that I had solar panels. As they also do solar, I opted to remove the solar panels completely and have the roof coated. Both the solar panel removal, coating, and solar panel reinstallation went smoothly and was done in a timely manner, weather permitting. Would hire again. A+

  Jason and his team did a great job resealing our roof after some water was leaking through last summer. They even gave us a warranty to provide to the new owners after we ended up selling the place.
