Scheduled an inspection for a roof repair. Diego showed up on time, did his inspection and we scheduled a repair date. No one ever showed up to make repairs on my roof. I called them a few days later and the woman on the phone said someone would be calling me back. No one ever reached out. I had to call a different company.

They came out, took all of maybe 7 minutes, left in a hurry, and never got back to us. What a crock!

Fantastic !! That is the way my wife and I felt after our Roofing job was completed by Quality Roofing Restoration. We would like to thank Peter and his crew for doing such an outstanding job on our trilevel flat roof. Peter went above and beyond our expectations by keeping us informed as to what would be the procedure of the job. Explained the product that they would be using as we went with the silicone application. The result was amazing. Thanks again Peter for such an outstanding job. We would highly recommend this company to anyone !!

Quality Roofing did a great job replacing my roof. They were quick to provide a quote with reasonable options for repairs and replacement. After accepting the quote they got to work quickly. Pete communicated with me frequently and provided photos of the process. They were thorough and precise with their work leaving clean lines and superior seals around vents, skylights, and edges. They even removed an old duct for a swamp cooler and patched the roof under the AC unit which I thought I would need to hire another contractor to do. I am very happy with my experience and the job.

Your roof ABSOLUTELY needs this company when the time arrives. My TPO original roofing material had seen its last days when Diego (owner) arrived to inspect it. He professionally and thoroughly explained the failing conditions and gave me options to choose. My construction background made my decision easy.....complete tear off, re-sheathing, new membrane plus commercial torch-down bituminous roll roofing material. Also red tile repair over garage and tower entry. His workers were exceptional, on time every day , completing the scheduled process daily, while keeping the property clean and debris free. An honorable mention to Pete, project coordinator who kept the job on schedule even with the inevitable setbacks with this type of restoration. He's a Hellcat!!....heheheh. Overall I am very impressed with Diego's company narrative. No subcontractors, only company employees that show up on time, everyday until completion. Outstanding work ethic, which is rare these days. I highly recommend this roofing company for any and all roof restoration you may need. Thanks again for all your help Diego, Pete, and all the guys who sweated out this monster job!!!! Big Bob 1754 Oro Piedras Dr Las Cruces NM
