  A had a new roof installed by this company last March 2026, before we purchased the house in May 2026. When we bought the property, the seller’s Realtor told us that the roof warranty would transfer to us with the house. Accordingly, we expected the warranty to cover the roof regardless of the change in ownership. We recently contacted the roofing company because of a leak. The owner came out and patched the leak as a courtesy, which we genuinely appreciated. However, we were also informed that the warranty does not transfer to a subsequent homeowner. I have to admit that this was disappointing. In my view, a warranty on roofing workmanship should reasonably follow the work performed on the property rather than simply the person who originally paid for it, especially when the roof was installed only a couple of months before we purchased the home and we were specifically told that the warranty would transfer (i.e., I don’t think it should matter who owns the home, the warranty should be connected to the roofing workmanship, not the specific home owner). I appreciate the company taking the time to come out and make the repair at no charge. However, I would encourage anyone purchasing a home with a recently installed roof to verify the warranty's transferability directly with the roofing company and get that confirmation in writing. We unfortunately relied on what we were told during the home purchase and are now finding out that the warranty does not cover us.

  After I sprung a leak in my master bedroom and over my kitchen dining nook, next following monsoon rains, Erasmo Campos provided me with a prompt and honest assessment of my roof issues. He then quoted a reasonable price for comprehensive roof maintenance. He was able to timely move my project up on his busy schedule and complete the job in a safe and workman like manner within a reasonable time. His crew was hard working, respectful and cleaned up after themselves. Very impressive. I highly recommend Erasmo’s Roffing LLC.

  We had issues on our roof that were not fixed by a previous roofing company. We contacted Erasmos Roofing. Erasmos came, identified the issues and let us know exactly what neede to be fixed. He was very thorough in his explanation. He provided us with what we considered a fair estimate. When they arrived to start work, they were prompt and got straight to work. They were professional and courteous. We were extremely happy with th results. We highly recommend them.

  The process was seamless from start to finish. The entire staff is professional, courteous and dedicated to providing the customer with quality work and a pleasant experience. The entire crew came focused, worked very well as a team. Management was efficient, responsible and respectful and worked efficiently at providing what we needed for insurance purposes. No questions went unanswered. We were free to text with a question and promptly received a response. It was particularly admirable to see the founder and patriarch of the company looking after the crew making sure every detail was satisfied. They came in one day, finished another and it was as if they had never been there. I highly recommend this company. They also have listed with the better business bureau which gave us great piece of mind. You can’t go wrong with Erasmos Roofing 👌😁
