The first three are Google’s own figures for Special Care Roofing, read on 24 September 2026; the share is of every rating Google has counted, not of the review texts on this page. The median is ours — the middle figure among the Florida roofers we list with enough ratings to compare.

Too few ratings to compare against other roofers — at 4 ratings a single unhappy customer moves this figure by several points.
The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Special Care Roofing. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.
Other reviews we hold
3 more of the 3 reviews we hold text for, most recent first. We do not hold every review Google has.

Special Care replaced the roofs on 28 townhouse condo buildings in Altamonte Springs. They did an excellent job! The job was done in a timely manner. The supervision was great. They cleaned up every day which was very important to the homeowners. And best of all the price! Great job all around, thank you Special Care.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 4 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 4, of which 3 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Special Care Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
