  Southers is the worst contractor I’ve ever dealt with. We are 1 year 7 months into a project to build a 14x14 sunroom. Not only are they slow & sloppy, they are really slipshod. We hired a home inspector to check the work … the insulation was installed so poorly it won’t do a thing. For 4 months over the summer the structure was open to the elements … why? Who knows. But some idiot decided to begin the interior finish work. Oops. They had to pull it all out & pay for mold remediation. Meanwhile they promise to come & work … we haven’t seen them since a few days after Thanksgiving. Don’t even get a bid from these jokers. Read the endless complaints at the better business bureau. How they have a 4.9 rating is beyond me. Must be totally fake.

  These folks are not worth your time. They will take a lot of it if you choose to work with them. I had my roof and siding replaced by them. I was told it would be a week, maybe a bit more to complete. It took over a month and the work they quoted me was not actually ever finished. They had quoted me to install a soffit which they just never did. There are still several things that were not finished for the job like replacing roof vents to match the new color of the home, I was told they would deal with getting the electric utilities re-attached to the house and that took over a week for them to simply make a phone call, etc...Do yourself a favor and don't consider them for any job.

  The porch and roof looks beautiful at a distance, but everyone can see the poles are not lined up correctly with the roof. I have brought many things to their attention and have not had a callback. I even brought it up to the Better Business Bureau.

  We were very satisfied with everyone involved with replacing our roof and shutters. The workmanship was excellent, done quickly and efficiently. All aspects of the project were clearly explained to us beforehand by Rick, and the work was expertly managed by Jack. We would highly recommend Southers Construction to anyone looking to have a job well done.

  Souther’s Construction replaced our entire garage roof and some repair on our home roof in just a little over a day. The crew worked nonstop, were very friendly and did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend them for your roofing needs!

  I got several quotes for a new roof. Kurtis from Southers was the most helpful by far. He gave the roof a thorough inspection, sat down with me and explained all the materials, how the roof is constructed, what they would do. I highly recommend giving them a call.

  My roof was in a severely deteriorated state, and as a result, the process of getting it replaced with Southers was remarkably swift, surpassing the initially projected 4 to 6 weeks wait time for the project to commence. From the moment I signed the contract, my roof was efficiently replaced within a mere two weeks. Eli and his team exhibited exceptional punctuality and in record time delivered an outstanding job. Moreover, working alongside Kurtis, Jack, and Tom from Southers was a pleasure, as they were readily available to address any inquiries I had throughout the entire process.   they were very professional. The quality they did was great they were very quick at scheduling the job and starting it after they had got the check for payment I would call them back anytime. The people that work for the company are very honest polite and know exactly what they’re supposed to do. I would use them for any job. They are very good at what they do.

  I can’t say enough good things about the people at Southers Construction! We had a leak in our roof, under a tight spot, under a roof top deck. I spent hours calling contractors. I couldn’t find one contractor to even call me back, until I reached out to Jessica at the front office at Southers Construction. She took care of me from the minute I reached out. She handled scheduling. Next, Asa was out to give us a quote, and Jack stayed in touch during the repair phase and made sure everything was satisfactory. Everyone was very professional, and a job well done! I called them just a week after they finished the first project to inquire about a second project, to help repair some siding that had fallen off during a winter storm.
