  Horch Roofing did a very good job with the crew that they subcontracted my roofing project to. They were quick, efficient and did excellent work. I included having new gutters installed, the first day the two guys who do it for them showed up but had an issue with getting there tools and couldn't start. The next day they started but installed them completely wrong. They did come back, remove all the gutters and tried again. The second attempt wasn't great, sagging in the middle, for some reason didn't snap a chalk line down the facia to get an even grade along the house. I would recommend Horch for your roof but not for gutters.

  Actively in the middle of a pretty poor experience with these guys. We needed a boot replaced on our roof - we called around multiple roofing places to get an idea on cost. Horch came in at a similar price to the others but were the most informative on the phone so we went with them. They came out to replace it and realised they didn’t have the right equipment so covered it and came back for the replacement once they had the correct supplies. I asked if them coming out twice would cause the bill to change and he called his manager and assured me it wouldn’t. When we got the final bill it was nearly double their original estimate. After going back and forward they are only agreeing to take 100 off. Still much higher than any other estimate we received for a simple vent boot replacement. Since we had ours replaced, we ended up with a leak at a different property. We went with one of the other companies for that replacement and the experience has been night and day. Way cheaper, better communication, and more importantly they came out with the correct supplies and changed it first go without doubling our bill. We will be using them for our other properties going forward instead. I’m hopeful that Horch can rectify our experience, but we have been going back and forward with them for nearly two weeks now and I’m not holding my breath.

  I hired Horch to re-do my garage roof in December of 2021. They accidentally tossed an old roof tile into my heat vent which caused the heat to go out in the finished garage. They didn't notice. Because they guaranteed me it wasn't anything that they could have done, I ended up hiring someone to figure out the problem, who found the roof tile in the heat vent. Then in 2022, they did a rubber roof on a new bathroom I had installed in 2021. They sent two people with little experience, who didn't do it correctly. I had water pouring in, which destroyed my new drywall, hurt the new floors. It wasn't even two weeks after the install and they claimed that it was not the roof, it was the new stone wall. The mason said it was the roof, after going back and forth for weeks, the mason added cement to a beautifully crafted wall (aesthetically changing my $4500 exterior wall for the worse). This did not fix the problem. Horch again came out and fought that it was not their work. After months, they finally sent out the General Manager who saw the problem in five minutes and came back the next day fixing it in ten minutes. They are refusing to pay for the damage and threatening canceling the warranty for both the rubber roof and garage roof. I reported them to BBB and they never reached out to me, which was over a month ago. I will be reaching out for legal help in the new year.

  Ms. Levi, We have tried working with you on the issues that we were aware of for over a year and a half. In order to be fair to both parties and move forward, we offered you multiple adjustments to your invoice, even though we would not have been held liable for all of the damages that occurred in your home, due to persistent prior leaking and events that took place outside of our control. Because the balance of that portion of the roof was unresolved, and we were unable to come to a fair and reasonable agreement, we informed you that we would be removing the charge and parting ways.   Had a metal accent type roof added to our house. It came out exactly as we pictured it and looks very contemporary. Was installed much quicker than the original time line that was expected, so good job on that.

  I have used Horch Roofing twice for skylight removals on my standing seam metal roof. They are so professional and thorough. They actually did one of my projects in the dead of winter. Simply outstanding.

  As a representative and volunteer for the Berlin & Coos Historical Society, Berlin, NH I cannot say enough positive things about Horch Roofing! Throughout the process of planning and completion of the roof removal and replacement, on one of the Societies' Historical Museums, the communication with all members of the Horch Team was positive, prompt and professional. Concerns about any aspects of the project were handled immediately by the Horch crew. All work on the massive project was done quickly and according to specifications. The work crew and supervising crew for the project were always on site promptly when promised. The cleanup of the site at the end of a work day was thorough. When the project was completed in its entirety the site was left in its original state. If you have an opportunity to hire Horch for any roofing project, do it! You will not be disappointed.

  Great experience with Horch! We had to coordinate our roof replacement with the removal and reinstallation of our solar panels, and they worked closely with Revision to keep everything on schedule. The crew was professional, communication was excellent, and they did a great job cleaning up afterward. We're very happy with the results!

  Horch was terrific! I cannot recommend them enough. The weather was pretty difficult and they managed to still perform all the work under the original quoted price and addressed any concerns or information I was looking for. Bill who was knowledgeable and started me off with the process, Jessica who coordinated billing and communications about the project scope/starting. I really am thankful to have Mark especially who walked me through any questions I had and explained in detail why they did certain aspects. It was so nice to be able to work with such an intelligent, thoughtful and respectful person such as Mark who knew everything about roofs and along the way would answer any question about how I would locate snow guards, the specifics about their function and what expectations I should have including about what the original roofer could have done better and how to fix issues as he found them.
