  Worked with CML to replace two gable vents and the fascia trim on our home. The gable vents were functional but I did not like the way they didn’t fit in the space and had a slat of wood to fill the rectangle (photo below). Chris provided the estimate and was very professional and easy to work with. He gave an estimate including an extra $975 for any potential wood rot under the fascia so if anything the project would cost less than the quote if there was no wood rot. Although CML was not the most affordable of the quotes I received, I chose them based on their 5 star reviews and because I trusted Chris. I paid the deposit and waited to be scheduled. Weeks later I received a call from Leo asking to start the project the following morning. We were going out of town but we were assured this wasn’t a problem. Two days later while still away, we were sent the invoice to pay and it included the full $975 to replace the wood if there was any rot. I asked if there had been rot and if not if this could be adjusted. Leo said there had been no rot and had the invoice adjusted quickly although I would’ve been out nearly a grand if I hadn’t been observant which is not a great feeling. I paid the invoice prior to arriving home as I felt badly delaying but this ended up being a mistake. When we got home I sent the picture below to Leo as I was really frustrated that the vent looked improperly installed/crooked and that they didn’t use a larger size vent to fill the rectangle which was the entire reason we were replacing them. Leo said they didn’t know without being able to go in our home how much space there was and if they could use a larger size so they just used the smaller one and replaced the wood with PVC. He assured me that he would send someone over to evaluate and told me they would fix it and replace them with the correct, larger size vents as we have the space internally.   I was referred to CML roofing from our community facebook page when I asked about a project. I made quick contact with John there who was originally prompt, and we made a time for a consult. He came out, took photos, measurements, and chatted for a long time... seemed great and was friendly. That was on June 20. It's now August 20th, several attempts to reach John have failed and we haven't heard a word back from them on a quote. Find it rude and unacceptable to have taken the time to meet with someone, discuss our needs, and then to be ghosted by them. Very unprofessional - even if it is a project, you didn't want or couldn't do, it should be on you to communicate that. I prefer to work with a local company, but service likes this make that hard to do.

  Assured me they had the expertise to replace the shingles on my intricate roof design. They destroyed the cosmetics of the entire roof… seams everywhere on curved drip edges.. shingles are falling off and warping. The turret looks like a road map. Horrendous ! Used too long of a nail to do my covered porch and now the underside looks like it was hit with a machine gun. I’m devastated!!! I gave them a down pymt of 4984.00. That’s all they got out of me on a 15k job. My heart is broken as my late husband built this house and it’s ruined😢

  Can’t comment on work done because they delayed us so many times (was supposed to be “indoor winter work” but that never happened) we finally pulled the plug. Reliability is a big thing with me, esp if I’m going to let people in my home for several weeks. Edited to add: delays began LONG before the install team needed to take 2 weeks off. Work was supposed to start in December/early Jan, "winter work" per many conversations with Todd. Didn't hear a word from Chris until mid-March. Customer service was absent. Simply not responsible to say you are looking to get a job done in the winter and then when spring finally rolls around, behave as if you are doing your customers a favor. That's just not how we do business.

  I had a really great experience with this roofing company from start to finish. They were very well organized, responsive, easy to work with, and did a great job on my new roof. The quality of the work was excellent, and I was especially impressed that they were able to get the entire roof done in just one day. Colin and Leo, the project managers, were both great to work with. They were very communicative, kept me updated throughout the process, and made everything feel easy and well organized. The crew worked really hard and did a great job getting everything done efficiently. I’m very happy with my new roof and the overall experience. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a roofing company that does quality work and is easy to work with!

  Our experience with CML started with our salesperson Colin. I've been associated with the type of work CML performed nearly all my working career so I know when a contractor knows what they are talking about and Colin certainly knows what he is doing. His recommendations have great value. My age and physical health prevents me from completing this work myself and that's a difficult thought but it is reality. I knew the contractor I would opt to use had to be trustworthy, perform all work according to industry standards, and do a truly quality job. Leo, our Project Manager, stayed on top of our work from start to finish. Leo has great concern that the customer is happy and works hard to be sure that's true. I'M SO PLEASED THAT I SELECTED CML TO PERFORM THE WORK ON OUR PROJECT!!! Yes it was a pricey job, but a complete strip of the house siding and the roof was the only way to start on a 28 year old home. Based on the amount and quality of work and the quality of materials, our contract price was reasonable. The work completed was superior when compared to the original builders work on our home! I'm confident this building will be here for a very long time. I selected James Hardie fiber cement siding and just as important I selected a contractor that was part of the James Hardie quality assurance program. That's of the utmost importance when using Hardie siding. The same is true with our Owens Corning complete roof system. I would ABSOLUTELY HIGHLY RECOMMEND CML Roofing and General Contracting for your project needs without question. YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY!!! My greatest appreciation to Colin, Leo, and all the crews involved at CML!

  Just had a new roof put on by CML Roofing. My project manager was Steve. Steve and the crew were spectacular from the very beginning. Steve kept us up to date throughout the process. It was clear that Steve was extremely knowledgable and professional and an extremely effective manager. I can't say enough about him, the highly efficient crew on site, and the rest of the CML staff who helped to get this project completed. We love the final product. I would without any reservation recommend CML Roofing to anyone searching for someone to install a new roof. It will be a refreshing and satisfying experience. If I could give more than 5 stars to them I would happily do it.

  Roof looks fantastic! Leo and his delightful, respectful and extremely hard working crew finished in a day as promised. Leo shared his expertise on color and style of shingles which was very helpful. When an unexpected problem with the under decking was discovered, Leo presented a couple of options and the project continued without missing a beat. When the job was completed, our yard was impeccably cleaned up. Our neighbors also love our new roof and want to know the name of our roofing company. We recommend Leo's talented team at CML Roofing to anyone looking for a high quality roof .

  The whole experience with CML was professional and I would hire them again. They were the only company to climb on our roof during the quote to really see what was going on. They made sure we waited for the best weather window (didn’t rush things), showed up exactly as scheduled and worked hard the entire day. There were no surprises and we couldn’t have asked for more. 5 stars

  CML did an awesome job on a roof for an older house we purchased which was very old with moss growing all over. They basically had 90% complete the first day with a very hard working excellent crew. I shopped at least 5 companies based on reviews, price, and warranty and finally landed on CML. Glad we did and you will be too! Colin was super helpful in working with me though the whole process.
