  Well I didn’t want to do this, but I originally gave 5 stars, however as of now that has changed. Work not completed and no resolution from them. I given owner multiple opportunities to make this right and still has not responded or refunded what I paid for work not completed.

  I had a disappointing experience with Southern Restoration. My commercial building had stucco panels near the roof that had been blown off by wind damage, leaving a large hole in the side. At the time I signed the contract with Southern, I asked how long the repair would take and was told it would be finished within two weeks of getting agreement from the insurance company. Three weeks later nothing had even been submitted to the insurance company. I spoke with a different company at this point that said they could start right away, so I asked Southern to cancel. They did some checking and then promised that they would be able to have a crew out the following Monday and would absolutely be finished by Friday. I did sign a contract with them, so I thought I should give them another chance. Turns out they didn't show up at all that following week. On Wednesday I called and texted them several times to inquire and they never answered or got back to me. At the end of the day that Wednesday, when it was past the point that they could have the job finished when they promised, I texted requesting to cancel. That was two weeks ago and I didn't hear anything from them until today, when I got an invoice for a $1500 cancellation fee. I do not recommend them. If you use them I would strongly suggest that you get timelines in writing ahead of time and have language added to the contract voiding the cancellation fee if they don't meet their commitments.

  To say that I'm disappointed is an understatement. I was misled to think that some part of the work would be done when it was not. I was told after the fact that "normally they have extra product left over so it's not a problem. This time we didn't have any extra, I'm sorry." I'm stuck and have to pay the full bill anyway and they know it. I also looked and much of the nails and debris were thrown inimy trashcan. I called and left a message for the owner. I doubt it will get me anywhere but I still wanted to. I would definitely not recommend southern restoration.

  Kyle and his team were simply amazing. Kyle took the time to answer every question I had. I felt that my home restoration was in good hands.

  If I could give this company 10 stars I would! I reached out to about 6 roofing companies this morning with a time sensitive situation...no response! I reached out to Southern Restoration and received no response as well. Immediately after I received a text message with a link to schedule an appt. Apprehensively I scheduled (same day) but was for sure I would not hear back. About 30 mins before my appointment I received a text back regarding my appointment. I also received followed up messages as well. Kyle came and met with my boyfriend to inspect my roof. Once done inspecting he reached out via phone to update me with what transpired during the appointment. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and very helpful! Being able to schedule was very convenient as well! Thank you for making our interaction a pleasant one!

  The best and most professional company around. Honest, reliable and even got me way more money with the insurance. I wouldn’t use anyone else, as I have used other thruout the years and always seem to have an issue with them. Will not use anyone else ever.

  SR was great to work with and they team did solid work on the job. The owner was very thorough with the scope of work and was always responsive when we had questions. Aside from the work, the owner is an easy person to talk to and does a nice job at making you feel like you matter. They did several jobs in our roof project and I will be using them for other construction projects.

  Alex and the guys at Southern Restoration did an amazing job replacing my roof! It was done in a day and looks great! Alex was so helpful throughout the entire process. He handled pretty much all of the communication with my insurance company and was able to answer any question I had about the process. I have been a homeowner for 10 years and this was the most stress free home repair I have ever experienced. I highly recommend Southern Restoration.

  Choosing the right contractor to replace your roof can be a daunting experience. After meeting with three contractors I made the decision to go with Southern Restoration, Inc. Kyle and his team of professionals did an amazing job. They were there on time and completed the project in a timely manner. The cleanup afterward was meticulous insuring the safety of our pet.   I was extremely pleased with the customer service at Southern Restoration. I requested a quote for some repair to siding from wind damage. They were prompt to set up the appointment, arrived when expected, communicated well, and provided a thorough estimate of work to be done. We did choose them to do the work and it was completed well and ahead of expected time frame. Everyone that we dealt with from Southern Restoration was very professional. Highly recommend!

  They get four stars because there is a communication problem from the office. it was over 5 weeks after getting an estimate and signing a contract with absolutely no communication from them on a start date. As for the quality of work and the crew, they get 5 stars. They were personable, explained what they were doing and did a great job. will do business with them again.
