  Sales people ignore multiple 'No Trespassing' and 'No Soliciting' signs to solicit during working hours, then proceeded to push services after being told we were not interested. If a business can't respect a potential customer's wishes *before* getting the cash, why would they respect a customer once they've been paid? We won't be going with this company when we do decide to replace our roof for that fact alone.

  Patrick C came to my house during my work hours to solicit roofing business urging my roof needs repairs. He ignored the neighborhood's and personal property no tresspassing/no soliciting signs. After being told to leave the property he began to argue. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

  I’m so sick and tired of Southern Premier knocking on my door trying to sell their services. For YEARS we have received solicitors from their company who insist when you speak with them that “they’re not soliciting.” Our neighborhood has a no soliciting policy and I even have a sign on my doorbell that your salesman took the time to carefully hang your flyer in. Either he is completely illiterate or you have confirmed for the thousandth times that your company will sink to any length to get a new customer. Are you really that desperate for business? Todays letter about “storms in the area” were much better than the previous flyers you have left in my yard claiming you can see significant damages from the street. I have asked you to stop coming to my house so many times that we’re boarding on harassment at this point. Even if my roof was leaking I wouldn’t call premier if they were the only roofer left in town. Please see that by encouraging your sales people to knock on doors at 7pm when signs are clearly posted not to, all you are doing is tarnishing your own name. Maybe since I’ve finally taken it to Google you’ll actually pay attention and make a change. And before you can ask again - no I do not need a new roof.

  The quote, insurance approval and installation process were great. Unfortunately we had one issue with siding that needed to be fixed and it has taken months to get it resolved. Crews were sent unannounced without instructions multiple times and it has taken more than 10 follow-up appointments to get everything finished.

  went through process, agreed to a price, told this price by two different people, (my contact guy and guy who called me to explain everything). Set day to sign paperwork, when contact arrived price was $2000.00 more than agreed price. Sent him on his way. Flim Flam IMO....you be the judge.

  Recently received a letter via post to contact this company with regards to a “hail storm” we supposedly were affected by. First how did they acquire my name, there is no roof or ventilation damage to our home nor did we have hail! Attempted to call this company but response is to a questionable mailbox. Be wary...scammers are everywhere. ***had to give a star or could not post**

Due to large hailstorms that came through your area, our system identified your general area to have roofing damage and we reached out to you to offer a free inspection just in case you did receive damage. We are extremely pleased to hear that you didn’t sustain any damage to your home, however many of the surrounding regions did. Your name and address are available through public domain and you were in no way a direct target of anything meant to dishearten you. Regarding our phone system, we do apologize for any error you may have received when calling. We recently had a glitch with our service provider and we worked diligently to fix this issue. We strive to ensure every call is answered in a timely manner and that is what the connecting message says when someone calls in. However, if you did not listen to the entire message, you wouldn’t have heard that information. We are happy to remove you from our mailing system as we do not strive to upset anyone by sending them a friendly postcard.

  I like to say "Thanks" to Chad and Dalton for showing up to my home at scheduled time. Also, their willingness to thoroughly inspect my roof, pointing out the defects and damage from previous roofing company. I had reached out to a total of four roofing companies before making a choice. I felt that Southern Premier Roofing offered the best reasonable price for the service I needed. Southern Premier's crew showed up early on the date scheduled for roof replacement. They were very professional and started work promptly. I was impressed by how quickly the crew was able to make repairs and replace the roof. Also, the crew kept my yard neat and clean while working. The new roof looks great!   I wanted to take a few minutes to share my experience with Southern Premier Roofing. Everything started when a young woman and a young man from Southern Premier Roofing knocked on our door and offered us a free roof inspection. We weren't really planning to replace our roof, but we decided to have it inspected anyway. The next day, Chad Dunstan came out to inspect the roof, and from then on he was the person we worked with throughout the whole process. He helped us with the insurance claim, explained everything we didn't understand, helped us choose the roofing materials, talked us through the financing options, and was always available whenever we had questions. He kept us updated the whole time, called to check in, and made sure we always knew what was happening. That made the whole process much less stressful than I expected. At our first meeting, Riley also spent time explaining how the insurance process works, what the warranty covers, and what to expect. We really appreciated that because everything was new to us. After we signed the contract, Amanda Schwieters became our main contact for all the paperwork. She was incredibly helpful. She kept us updated, sent all the documents we needed, answered our questions quickly, and explained everything clearly. From what I understand, she also worked directly with our insurance adjuster, which made the whole process much easier for us. Once everything was approved, they scheduled the installation much sooner than we expected. I don't know the names of everyone on the roofing crew, but Fabricio stayed in touch with me throughout the installation day and kept me updated on the progress. The crew worked hard, finished the roof quickly, and did a great job cleaning everything up before they left. The new roof looks fantastic.   Dalton C. came by my home and gave me a free roof inspection. He was amazing. He let me know what he was going to do during the inspection and was extremely polite. He even cleared of the major amount of pine needles on my house. I received an estimate of the cost to do my roof. Well done.
