  Southern Premier Roofing uses door-to-door sales persons who ignore giant signs on the door that say NO SOLICITING. Ignoring the wishes and disrespecting potential future customers is a REALLY poor way to do business. 0/10 do not recommend.

  To respond to the “owner” (9 months later) That is because Ben hubbs is not my real name. When I set up my email I decide to make a pseudonym. But I still have the text messages from “Cam” about rescheduling my inspection. But if you were truly concerned about your sub par customer service and loss of a client you wouldn’t have posted false words. Also you might have actually gave a me Original post below This company came to my house on a cold call, I wasn’t even thinking about getting my roof done. I set up two appointments with them. The first appointment they texted me 2 hours after they were supposed to show to reschedule. Then they came to my house again to reschedule, I wasn’t going to call them but decided to give them a chance and get the estimate. Well that was supposed to be today and yet again no call, text or show. This company is trash and if Southern premier roofing, any of their employees, or affiliates come to my how again I will act accordingly. You are advised! dium to reach out to fix your customer service issues. But you don’t care because I’m just one of 100 others that you actually did as you said you would and repaired their roofs. And finally it wouldn’t have taken you 9 months to respond back either.

  Came out at the beginning of the week without the proper person to inspect my roof when I needed a quote but was quick to ask if I wanted emergency tarp done for a simple one drip leak. I wasn’t looking to spend $500 for a simple tarp. I wanted an estimate. Also wanted an estimate on gutters, a ground roller was used to measure. When asked if I was off the next two days I said yes and never heard back from them. Another contractor has already professionally measured and started conducting work on the house. Instead of worrying about driving up and down my street trying to ask people if they need a company door to door, they should focus on the work they currently have.

  Ryley MacEachern, and really the whole team at Southern Premier, delivered from start to finish. Their communication was consistent, clear, and transparent the entire time. Every question I had was answered directly. No runaround, no guessing, no vague timelines. They showed up when they said they would, kept me informed throughout the process, and followed through on everything. What stood out most was their professionalism and attention to detail. You can tell they take pride in their work. The quality of service they provided was top tier, and the final result reflects that. If you’re looking for a company that operates with integrity and actually does what they say they’re going to do, Southern Premier is it. Highly recommend.

  Southern Premier Roofing installed a new roof on our house and workshop Nov. 18, 2024. In the process of throwing shingles and debris from our roof they broke the gate/messed up the hinges so that the gate with not stay closed with the latch; we've had to zip tie to keep it closed to keep our 3 dogs in. They also broke the concrete cover over the access hole to our septic tank. In talking with them, they agreed to send us a check to partially cover the cost of repairing/replacing these two things. As of today's date (Dec. 12, 2024), we haven't seen the check for the damages done to our property. This should have already been taken care of without us having to call again. This company is in Raleigh, NC.

  Robert and his team are very professional and walked us through the entire process. They handled everything with our insurance to make sure we got the best value for minimal out of pocket costs which was really only our deductible. I don’t know many other places that work with you to get a new roof through insurance. It’s been awesome!

  Robert was great and had made this process seem-less. I was actually in the process of looking for someone to assess my roof after the tropical storm that came by but never had to because Robert stopped by and let me know about this awesome opportunity. There are no gimmicks he was straight forward and handled everything between them and the insurance company for the most part!! Highly recommend!

  Rob was mad professional and even kept in contact when my work life interfered. He took time to teach me the ins and out of how I should have my home insurance set up and was very detailed and understanding in the process of how everything would work. Will be using it again in need be.

  Chase Wilder did a great job doing patch work on my roof until I can get my roof replaced. He went out of his way and provided great service. Promote immediately, let his be a manager for him to teach others!!!
