Without asking they " inspected" my roof. They went into my gated fenced backyard without my approval. Left trash inside my storm door. There's a no soliciting sign for this entire neighborhood and they ignore it. They can go shove it

Ignored the no soliciting sign for our neighborhood and the 3 no soliciting signs on my private property to repeatedly and aggressively knock on my door on a Friday night then stuck a flyer in my door. Blatant disregard for homeowners' property.

Apparently the large “ABSOLUTELY NO SOLICITING — DO NOT RING BELL OR KNOCK — NO EXCEPTIONS” sign wasn’t clear enough. Their salesman still came onto my property and rang my Ring doorbell twice while I wasn’t home. The entire visit was recorded. He then left a “roof inspection report” claiming my roof had buckled or curling shingles, deformed edges, granule loss, staining, nail pops, ridge vent damage, and even “signs of leaks.” The problem is, he never got on the roof. The form itself says it was only a visual inspection from the street. My roof is only about four years old and is still under warranty. There are absolutely no leaks in my attic. As the homeowner, I use and regularly access every corner of that attic, so I would know if there were signs of water intrusion. Forget the “No Knock” sign not being honored, let’s think about why someone would leave a report suggesting “signs of leaks” after doing nothing more than looking at the house from the street. This is a very deceptive advertisement scheme to sell roofing services.

Beware of this company! They are predatory salesmen who target extremely elderly individuals to scam into getting a new roof they don’t even need for upwards of $36k. This company - Brogan Bennett, Brendan Bellanti, Frank Ward - harassed my 96 year old legally blind and deaf veteran grandfather at his home of 65 years for months, trying to sell him a roof he didn’t need. After high pressure and aggressive sales tactics, they obtained a signature from his new spouse, who’s not on his house deed and has no authority to make financial decisions regarding his residence. They asked for $8k up front, and supposedly installed a new roof. I’m in residential home construction and had my roofer go out to inspect the roof, and half of what they claimed to have done they didn’t even do. The home was 1200 sf and 20 sq. They estimated 40 sq. My roofer said materials and labor all in was worth no more than $6900 IF that. This company is predatory, exploit the elderly, and will be held accountable for their illegal actions.
Reply from the business
To all of our potential customers. This is completely false. These folks called us back to move forward with work after we left them an estimate. These people (grandchildren) have tried to file numerous complaints with state and local agencies. Those complaints were ALL dismissed. Your grandfather and his wife bought a roof and you don't want to pay for it. These people (grandkids) even reversed the deposit. We have been paid exactly ZERO dollars for a brand new roof. Your attempt at online bullying us into giving you a free roof will not work. We will not stoop to your level of harassment by naming you and the other members of your family (not your grandparents who are very kind people).

See attached for the “inspection” that we didn’t ask for on our 6 month old roof that is in excellent condition. This is awful business practice - I wouldn’t trust this company at all.

The worst customer no service, bait and switch contract. Stay away from this fly by night and sell by any means necessary company!

Sales person, Isaiah H, walked up to our house even though we have a “No Soliciting” Sign and pestered my wife for nearly 15 minutes. She politely said no several times but he continued to insist. He then became to be visibly frustrated when she asked him to leave. Horrible marketing and if this is their sales strategy then learn how to receive a No and move on politely.
