Bad experience with this company. 33 days worked for the amount of 4,200. Not fair at all.

Roof Boost replaced my old deck boards on my back porch. They installed these boards when my family and I were out of town for the week. Upon my return, I quickly scanned RB workmanship as they were already completed their work. I handed a check to Hans per our agreement and he hands me a drill bit and off he goes. I go back to my porch and carefully review the deck. All I can say " the workmanship was well below acceptable". The gap between the boards were noticeable different, "the butt joints" were not cut correctly. The drill bit that was handed to me because Hans only used 3 or 4 screws per 8' or 10' of boards. It's like they tacked them down and that's it. I had to purchase more deck screws and finish the job correctly. Would I use this company again? Heck no!!

Hey James, I was unaware of any problems with this job. Had I known, I would have never left it that way. Please allow me to reach out and correct this. Integrity in all things is what I have built this business on and this does not sound at all like something to be proud of.

Both Chris and Hans are a great team. Chris came out the same day I called. Today Hans did the repairs showing before and after pictures of work completed. Package quoted was reasonable. I'd originally contacted another company that were pushy and did not listen to my concern. I'd recommend Roof Boost over any company.

Roof Boost did an outstanding job on our roof repair. There was a high attention to detail in the initial inspection and identification of problems, as they relate to SC codes and also warranty features of newly installed roofing products. …

Thank you John, I’m glad we could get your newly installed roof up to code and manufacture specifications when the original roofing company failed to do so. Our mission statement: We’re raising the standards of excellence for roofing and exterior services with honest diagnostics, expert-driven solutions, and craftsmanship so precise we guarantee it for life. Unfortunately most companies standards are so low and many just don’t know any better. We don’t just aim to do great work for ourselves our goal is to raise the bar for everyone so there can be more great companies out there to do proper work for our community. Thanks again John!

It was absolutely great doing business with Chris and Hans. Chris came out right away to look at my roof leak. He found the problem quickly and how to fix it the best way and replace the ridge vents. I accepted the quote. Hans called within a few days and came out that afternoon and did a great job. I highly recommend this company

Excellent service! These guys are the most honest, hard-working and reasonable priced people I have every hired. They put a new roof on my house in June 2024 and recently offered to come do a check-up inspection after we had a week of brutal wind. I highly recommend them for any roof issues/replacement.

Great company to work with. Chris actually prayed for my son. Being a Christian myself this was so wonderful for me. Everyone I spoke with was so very nice and kind to me. I love my new roof and Chris even suggested some products I can use to repair ceiling. If you want outstanding service and fair pricing I would recommend Roof Boost.
