  After an initial consultation at my home for a whole house siding project, I never heard back from this company. They were supposed to send someone back out to measure, but that never happened. I never got a quote. Pretty disappointing that they wasted my time.

  they seem professional. But if you submit a form online they WILL come to your house with no notice or no call before hand to look at your roof. Not a very good tactic.

  PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS ROOFING COMPANY!! I actually RATE Hayes Roofing Company 00000 FIVE ZERO RATING!!!! BUYER BEWARE!! This roof company has the ability to have SCAMMING TENDENCIES!!! I Was informed by Roofing Company Representatives that they would cover homeowners insurance deductible- When in actuality, Hayes Roofing Company attached my insurance deductible on the back end of total out of pocket balance due to Hayes Roofing after roof replacement installation was completed. SCAM!!! Hayes Roofing Company failed to honor (2) two roofing warranties sold with roof replacement. Unethical Practices Regarding Homeowners Insurance Policies: Chris Knox, Hayes Roofing Company’s Sales and insurance Claims Manager- had planned to file a unethical homeowner insurance claim on my behalf -when 2 active warranties sold to me at the time of completed roof replacement installation. The (2) two warranties would have covered roof failure issues and damages to my homes roof. Hayes Roofing Company lacks skilled professional, well trained, experienced .roofing crews. Buyer Beware!!!

  Stop Soliciting! Especially in areas that you are not from and are trying to take advantage of people who have already been through a lot. If you are not good enough to get business in your own state, do not try to come to another state to harass people.

  Came out to see the work only to ghost me. No response to phone calls or texts. If they can’t manage communication, they can’t manage the work.

  Ian came out last Wednesday was super nice thought he’d get back to me but I realized he never got my email address he did tell me that he thought some of my projects will be not something that a normal builder would wanna deal with which is also disconcerting considering that’s what they do for a living. But guess what a week later and not even one word I would say never call them

Some of your project were items that we needed to get more specifics from our suppliers and crews on to properly price the job to ensure there were no surprises in the end.   This business took advantage of my mother who is on a fixed income, Medicare and is suffering from stage 4 cancer. Now it’s literally raining in her home. The beginning of August work was started on the home. This was supposed to be a 2-3 day job. On August 16th I followed up with Jared Mathis because the work was still not completed and we both sent pictures of how the backyard was littered with nails, shingles, how items were left hanging from the roof. My mother was displeased with the damage done to the yard she just had landscaped. I was told they ran out of supplies and were waiting for more to come in. We also spoke about the fact that the original work the insurance claim was for was not yet completed. My mother told me that when she spoke with Jared she was told she needed to pay $500 out of pocket to fix this part of the roof/home. On 9/23 I reached out to Jared and sent images of shingles on the ground as we had been seeing them on both sides of the home. We still have not yet had a final walk through. On 9/27 there was a hurricane. There is now water damage on BOTH floors of the townhomes. If I knew that I had a crew who did questionable work for an elderly disabled lady I would have been at a hardware store within 30 minutes, expert or not, buying all the tarps possible. Even with pictures sent over he still has not given me an ETA to fix this mess they caused. Avoid at all cost!

  We had a roof leak. Hayes came out very quickly and diagnosed the issue. Repairs happened quickly and were top notch. Great and timely communication, which is very important to me.

  Cy came out to the house and inspected the roof and provided a quote within a day. The Hayes Roofing team got us on the schedule. They arrived and had the roof completed in a very short time. Their team was so friendly and worked so hard to get the job finished. Any questions that we had we communicated with Cy and he assured us that these would be taken care of. If you are needing a replacement roof get a quote from Cy at Hayes Roofing.
