  I never leave bad reviews, but I am a business manager, and I feel like it is a disservice if I don’t warn other people. Reached out to this company to get a free estimate on my kitchen floor after reviewing their website and seeing that they do full kitchen renovations and I was feeling very hopeful. They sent someone out to my home and I was told that they would reach out to the contractors to get the price of the materials and provide me with an estimate. I texted after a few days trying to get further information with vague responses and basically them just telling me that they were really behind on projects and it would take them some time. I was patient and waited a week and then reached back out to see if there were any updates to which I was informed that they would not be able to help me due to not being able to find anyone that could do the job. It took them two weeks after coming out to my home to give me a “free estimate” For them to essentially tell me that they could not help me at all. When I messaged back and asked why they were not able to help me, I was ghosted. Please be professional with your customers and communicative going forward. In the two weeks that it took for me to wait on you guys to provide me with the estimate I was promised I could have moved forward with someone else and have this project started. I expressed to you that this was a time sensitive matter and it was very urgent that I get my floor repaired as soon as possible and I was told that you would be able to help me and that was not true. I am very disappointed.

  We do provide free estimates, and when we came to assess your project, we realized it was more of a structural repair rather than a renovation, which unfortunately is outside the services we offer. We apologize that our team did not clearly communicate this sooner, and we will ensure greater transparency moving forward.   I called this company up to get an estimate done for a front and back porch and at first everything seemed to go really well, they had Adam come out to do the estimate in a timely manner and he told me that it would be a couple days to get an estimate which is fine as we weren't in a huge rush or anything but days and almost 2 weeks went by and didn't hear anything so I texted Adam to see what was going on and he told me that he was super busy and still hadn't written it up yet and then I had called a little later to ask about it one more time and after I spoke with Morgan I had received a somewhat rude response back from Adam about the estimate. So I never did get a real estimate, just a ball park figure which is WAY too much anyways but the point is that it ended on a not so good note which really upsets me due to all the great reviews on here. I Will definitely be using someone else.

  Hey Kimberly I apologize for this but your house is currently under construction and is several months from being completed. Our estimates are only good for 30 day as pricing can change due to several reason a big one being material pricing. Adam provided a ball park of what it would cost and stated it would be best to price it once house construction is complete. We do are best to provided the best service to everyone but we hope you find someone that can preform the work you are wanting to have done in a few months and in your budget.

  We had some roof damage from Hurricane Helene that we had been trying to patch ourselves, but finally we realized the job required professionals and MCA Construction came highly recommended. I met with Kaleb, went over quotes for repair versus replacement, and a full roof replacement was more affordable than we had thought. They replaced damaged decking, used a multi-layer Atlas roof system, all new flashing, the works. We were scheduled within about 10 days of our meeting. Materials were dropped off Wednesday and roof was replaced Thursday. It was a lot of work, 7:00am to 8:00pm, but the crew banged it out. Professional, thorough, they even did a magnet sweep for debris. The shingle we had originally ordered ended up being on back-order so they upgraded us to a better tier they had in stock for free! I would absolutely recommend MCA for your roofing or construction needs. Fast, attentive, extremely well priced and community-minded. They even do an annual roof-replacement for a family in need for free. These are the kind of local craftsmen you want to be using.

  I called earlier about a leak in my granddad's roof and within two hours they had been out there to asses it and provide a temporary solution until they can provide a permanent one. Kaleb and Bradley are the greatest!

  Excellent service, great communication. From our first meeting with Adam to discuss our deck plans. Then Kevin was our project manager and a pleasure to work with. Keith and his crew were professional and terrific builders, they were punctual and kept us informed every step of the way. Great company to work with.

  Had a leak in my daughter’s bathroom and couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. Bradley came out super quick and had it fixed the day of. It was easy to get ahold of him and he got the job done immediately. Highly recommend Bradley and his crew.

  Adam worked so hard to give the insurance the information to show we needed the new roof and get it approved. Kevin worked with our schedule to decide on the day for roof replacement. In 1 day they did the whole new roof and cleaned everything up!

  I had water damage from a faulty pipe, entering my house in the refrigerator. It caused significant damage to hardwood floors and cabinetry .. appliances. had to be pulled the damage repaired the Hardwood Floors refinished and everything reassembled……. The only reason that I did not give them five stars was just the time that it took. Everyone who has done a Renault knows you have to be patient and there were issues much out of their control that took this project a tad longer than I had wished but let me say I could not be more pleased with my result. The crew with MCA is superb every single person that worked on my project was kind, courteous, thoughtful, and caring. Their work is impeccable, and I would recommend them highly . This was a new company for me as the larger construction companies just would not take on this size project. I was fortunate to meet Kevin and his crew and again I would encourage you to give this company consideration for your next project .

  No one tells you being a home owner is not only rewarding but can also be hard. Things are going to happen no matter how hard you try to prevent them. Bradley and his team at MCA is who you want on speed dial for when those things happen. I can’t say enough good about this company. They definitely go above and beyond for their customers.

  Adam was great!! He walked me through every step and answered every question. I had a lot. As this was my first claim ever. He made everything as smooth as possible for me. The roofers were fast and efficient. They were very respectful and left zero mess. I was impressed! Roof looks great!

  Adam responded promptly to my roof repair inquiry and came to look at the job within 2 business days. He was able to quote the job and perform the repair during the same visit. The quote was very reasonable and the workmanship was good. I would not hesitate to use MCA Construction and Roofing again.
