  In the 2024 annual downtown Greenville Christmas parade they had a person in their float dressed up like the Grinch dry-humping a pole like a stripper. Completely inappropriate and unprofessional. This is a family event.

  We have been made aware of this and this does not align with our values or the image that we wish to convey to the public. There was no one riding on the float that felt they had the authority to say anything to him. I definitely was not aware of this. The boy in the suit is a teenager and he thought he was being funny. I agree that this was not funny and I assure you that it will not happen again in the future. I appreciate you making me aware. I thought he was dancing normally and waiving to the crowd. This is embarrassing to say the least and we apologize for it.

  Had an estimate done on my roof they claimed I need a roof replacement which true. The problem was that they advertise free estimates on their truck doors, but they charged me $125.

  We are aware and agree completely. There was no one riding on the float that had any authority so no one said anything. He’s a young man that volunteered and he thought he was being funny. We agree and will make sure it doesn’t happen again. We apologize for this.

  I would absolutely not use this company under any circumstances. We hired them for a roof repair which they completed and 3 weeks later we noticed more missing shingles and they refused to warranty their work unless it’s the specific shingle they replaced otherwise it’s several hundred dollars each trip for each shingle. It’s a joke of a company that can’t stand behind their work.

  We had our roofs at our Townhome Community all replaced by Grier a little over a year ago. They came highly recommended. Last night I came home to a roof leak. All around the fireplace, wet ceiling and water on my furniture. Chimney flashing? Maybe - but with a new roof less than 2-years old? And I am not an isolated incident. Unfortunately, there are others that have had leaks too. Really disappointing. Sadly, would not recommend. Has the quality of their service gone down or did I just get their "B" team for my job?

  I called Grier Roofing on October 4 because it was raining down the wall in my kitchen. Someone came out on October 7 to assess the issue and give me an estimate. We had used them before, so I hired them on the spot and asked them to schedule as soon as possible. November 2, it’s still raining in my kitchen. I called the office and asked if they had an idea when they would be back. No information available, couldn’t find my estimate, etc.. I was told they would get back to me immediately. November 4, I called Above All Contractors. They came out, gave me an estimate for the same work but $500 less. They are on my roof today. I still haven’t heard back from anyone at Grier Roofing. I would give zero stars if that were an option

  Miss Mah, I am extremely sorry that that the roof repair that we quoted for you was not completed in a timely fashion. It is our intention to provide every customer with prompt and quality service and we clearly dropped the ball here. There was a procedure within our office that was not followed properly and I take full responsibility for that. I am however unsure why instead of asking for for my assistance on this matter you went to extreme lengths to slam us not only on Google but also on social media. I am always accessible and my office managers have clear instructions to alert me if a customer needs to talk to me. I could have and would have immediately resolved this for you. We have been in business for nearly thirty years and I have found that most people are reasonable and understand that mistakes can be made and they choose a better way to get resolution. I have had very few people out of tens of thousands of customers that are as malicious and hateful in nature as you have been on this matter.   We enjoyed the professionalism by those employed with Grier Roofing, including Barry, Chris Cody, Jeff James and the entire roofing crew and painters. Chris and Jeff came out the same day as the insurance adjuster to ensure all areas of roof and gutters were examined. Not only did we have to have the roof replaced but we needed new gutters as well, as they too had been damaged. The entire process was smooth and without incident. Recommended their services to our neighbor and he too was impressed with their diligence and great work ethic. Thank you all for going above and beyond to ensure our roofing and gutters were replaced without incident and coming back when we had a small issue that was promptly fixed. Sincerely, Karen F.

  So very thankful for the PROMPT response to having someone out to our home! Called at 8am, requesting someone to inspect an issue and had someone there by 1pm. Very understanding and explained what was needed and was able to complete needs same day! Chris Cody with Grier roofing is top notch! We will be calling them whenever there is another roofing need!

  We've had Grier Roofing replace our roof twice in the past year or so (thanks Helene) and it was a pleasant experience both times. Due to their busyness, you do have to be flexible and be prepared to not know the exact day they will come out until a few days before. Still, they did a great job and were very efficient both times. We found a few stray nails in the yard afterwards, but they did a great job cleaning up after themselves overall. Would recommend.
