We’ve done a handful of commercial projects together across DFW, and Southern Commercial Roofing has always done great work. I know one of the owners personally, and they’re good people who take care of their customers and stand behind their work. Highly recommend them for commercial roofing projects.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with Southern Commercial Roofing on several different projects over the past few years, including apartment complexes, retail buildings, office properties, and standing seam metal roof installations. Every project has been handled professionally, with great communication, attention to detail, and a clean, organized jobsite. The crews consistently deliver quality workmanship and make sure the job is done right. If you’re looking for a commercial roofing company in DFW that stands behind its work, I’d definitely recommend Southern Commercial Roofing.

I’ve known the owner for a while, and I can honestly say these are good, honest people. Southern Commercial Roofing is a family business, and they treat people the right way. They’re professional, fair, and the kind of company you can trust to do what they say they’re going to do.

Southern Commercial Roofing has done roofs for both me in Lewisville and my grandparents in Grapevine, and they were great to work with both times. They made the insurance process simple, explained everything clearly, and helped make the whole thing easy and affordable. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing roofing work.

I manage a portfolio of properties in DFW and have worked with Southern Commercial Roofing for a while now. They’ve done great work for us on multiple projects, both insurance-related and regular repairs/replacements. They’re reliable, affordable, and easy to work with, which is hard to find in roofing.

I’ve worked with Southern Commercial Roofing on a handful of good-sized projects, and they’ve always been solid to work with. They go above and beyond, especially when insurance is involved, to make sure everything that should be covered is actually accounted for. Good communication, honest people, and they know what they’re doing.
