They are hard workers and good people. They kept us informed regarding the job. Cleaned up the work site every night. Reasonably priced and excellent work.

South Sound Roofing was very easy to work with. Their quality was excellent and they stuck to their bid, which was very reasonable. An UPDATE: South Sound Roofing once again won a roofing job for my mother's garage. She was able to …

Diego and Lorenzo are good people. Kept us informed about rain delays. The crew did a great job. Cleanup was very good. No scraps, garbage or nails left behind

I wholeheartedly recommend Lorenzo and his crew. Out of all the people I have worked with over the years, Lorenzo is literally top of the top. Let's go through some of the reasons I found when working with him- 1) His attention to detail is AMAZING. He truly has attention to detail that is sometimes lost in present day times. I found that Lorenzo naturally notices the little things that, in my opinion, make a big difference in differentiating one roof from another. 2) He takes his TIME. Lorenzo and his crew will take as long as it takes to get things done right, even if that means taking more time to do the project to ensure the quality is top-notch in my opinion. 3) Lorenzo and his son, Diego, have very close and long-lasting relationships with their crew. They only work with people they have long-lasting relationships with and are very family-oriented. The crew consists of people they have worked years with and who they know do great quality work. 4) Lorenzo is very honest and is very adaptable to any changes that you want to make on the fly. Lorenzo and his son, Diego, went out of their way to order us additional products or materials on short-notice several times. 5) Communication and timeliness. Lorenzo and his crew would ALWAYS arrive on time. ALWAYS. They are extremely hard-working individuals, often working as late as they can. It was extremely impressive to watch him and his crew. They were also amazing about communication; thanks to Lorenzo, Diego, and his daughter, Diana. They work as a team and were so awesome about communicating throughout the project and any adjustments that we wanted. 6) Respectful. Lorenzo and his crew are extremely respectful and polite group. I really feel that they care about our property and picking up loose debris and nails just as much as they would for themselves. The crew was just as impressive as Lorenzo. 7) Honesty. I feel that Lorenzo was honest and very fair and transparent from the beginning. 8) Lorenzo is the one

I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had with South Sound Roofing. Lorenzo, his son Diego, and their crew came out to work on my tile roof, and from start to finish they were nothing short of amazing. They not only fixed the roof but also repaired rotted wood underneath, and they did it all with meticulous care. Every detail was handled thoroughly — you can tell they take pride in their work. What stood out most to me was their honesty. As a customer, I felt completely comfortable working with them. They explained everything clearly, were upfront about the work needed, and went above and beyond to make sure it was done right. The crew was also incredibly careful and respectful of my property. The cleanup afterward was outstanding — it was like they had never even been there. And to top it off, their pricing was excellent. They gave me a very fair quote, and the value I received was beyond what I expected. They were the only roofing business I could find in the Lacey area who could do my tile roofing, and also they can handle any roof job. They even sealed all the gaps around my house to keep bats out. Lorenzo, Diego, and the team at South Sound Roofing are simply the best. I’m so glad I found them and will absolutely be recommending them to anyone who needs roofing work done. Anybody in the Hawks Prairie area who needs tile roofing maintenance/repair/sealing/new roofing… call these guys up. Thanks again Lorenzo.

South Sound Roofing did an outstanding job on our new roof. Their crew was highly professional and left our home exterior cleaner than before they started. We compared several bids, and their price was very competitive. Highly recommend!

A really superb experience. They had a very competitive price without any knowledge of the other bids. Any questions I had were answered throughly. Communicating with them I didn't get that shady vibe you get when talking business. For the work that was done they went above and beyond. I highly recommend them.

Exactly what you hope for in a contractor. We need more businesses like South Sound Roofing. Update: We hired South Sound Roofing to re-roof our house. Lorenzo and his crew did a fantastic job from start to finish, and we ended up with an excellently installed and nice looking roof. I cannot recommend this local, family-run business enough. They were honest, punctual, friendly, communicative, and very hard-working. They worked efficiently but also paid close attention to the details and they cleaned thoroughly along the way. All this for a very competitive price. If we ever need a roof on another house we will definitely give Lorenzo a call. Original post: Had South Sound Roofing replace three areas of our roof that were leaking and creating mold on the plywood. Lorenzo and his crew were very efficient, did a great job, cleaned thoroughly, and kept us updated along the way, all for a very competitive price. Will definitely be giving them a call again when we need a new roof.
