  This company rips the pics of the front of your house from google, prints in full color, and mails it to you as an ad for their business. I find that really weird and annoying. Thanks for not beating down my door but maybe spend your money on a before and after pic from a customer who's given permission.

The images we use are publicly available and are intended to help homeowners easily recognize that the mailer is specific to their property and neighborhood—not to suggest any work has been done without permission.   This company loves to knock on my door and leave garbage on my porch, completely ignoring multiple 'no solicitation' signs.

  Prompt and friendly service. I had a small leak that presented after a storm. They came out the same day I called and located the leak with a quick remedy.

  Smiley’s team replaced our roof a few years ago and we were so pleased with the results that we had them back to paint our home and refinish our decks. They are great to deal with and very professional from start to finish. I highly recommend them and would gladly use their services again in the future.

  Very conscientious and professional. Checked on the job several times to make sure things were going well. Came back a second time to make sure everything had been cleaned and swept and there were no nails in the yard or driveway. Excellent job.The roof is beautiful.

  Smiley Roofing did an excellent job, on our house's roof-replacement, very recently. They are very thorough, professional and did the job in a timely manner. The work-quality is very good and also they do follow-up to recheck the work, after a month. Kaine is very respectful & nice to work with and I do trust him and Smiley Roofing highly. I do highly recommend Smiley Roofing, for any roofing & other jobs.

  Recent wind and hail damage to our Texas roof. A neighbor gave us a favorable reference to a local contractor - Smiley Roofing. Nick showed up when he said he would, provided an inspection and evaluation for the condition of our roof. Nick and his crew installed a temporary roof repair until we could get the insurance claim filed. This is a thorny process made more difficult by an insurer that denied our claim multiple times. Nick explained the process and continued to advocate thru the appeal process undeterred. We have Smiley Roofing to thank for a full roof replacement. The roof was completed on schedule and looks great. We were so impressed we contracted additional work to paint the house and add rain gutters. After a damaging hail storm a flurry of contractors will come knocking you know nothing about. Do yourself a favor and use someone you can trust.

  This is the one to call for a new roof! Or roof sustained major damage in a hail storm this past spring and a friend recommended Smiley Roofing. Kain and his team were friendly, reliable, and awesome to work with through every step of the process. He helped us figure out the insurance process and was here when the adjustor came out. Scheduling the installation was a breeze and on the day, the crew was very efficient and professional, taking care to protect our yard from debris and meticulously cleaning up after. We love our new roof and highly recommend Smiley Roofing!

  From the moment we called Jordan and his team, they took care of absolutely everything. They were extremely prompt, always early, always came prepared respected our home on the inside and on the outside and we’re incredibly kind to our four little children who loved to watch every part of the process. Jordan spent countless hours with my wife and I explaining every bit of what we were about to go through and what would happen and unfold. He came on site for every part of the process to ensure that it was smooth and went above and beyond multiple times. I could not recommend Jordan and his team enough 10 out of 10 five stars if you’re looking for someone that is going to help you through a very challenging time or just someone that has skills to improve your home Jordan is your guy

  Smiley Roofing, which was extremely well represented by Nick Kirkpatrick, was outstanding to work with from start to finish on our recent hail damage claim. Nick quickly came out and looked at our damage and advised that we contact our insurance. Nick sent pictures to our adjuster. Nick meet with the adjuster that the insurance company sent out. Nick walked the roof with the inspector, just to make sure that nothing was missed. Nick scheduled around our schedule to have the roof, gutters and some house paint done to repair the damage. Nick explained exactly what to expect from each contractor. When the contractor would start, to amount of access to the house that would need. Nick came by daily during the process to make sure that there were no problems or surprises. Nick provided drone pictures during the process of the roof install. Even after work crews had left, Nick came by to ensure that all of the trash was picked up, gates closed and trolled for loose nails and screws with his magnet. The only small issue that we had was we had a string of outside lights that plug in under the soffit that got unplugged. The plug was farther off the ground than my ladders would reach. I texted Nick and he quickly came over with his taller ladder and plugged it back in. One thing that I learned from working with Nick is that he has the simple mind set that he just wants the job done right the first time and without any surprises. e kept me up to date on all of the processes and schedule. I will definitely use Nick and Smiley Roofing again.

  Kain and the Smiley roofing company were great. I was kept informed through the whole process. Workers were great, the job was completed in one day and the quality of work seems excellent. Can get extremely noisy, so be prepared or go away for the day.

  Nick Kirkpatrick and his team did an excellent job on my recent roof replacement. He was very professional and in charge of the entire process from working with the insurance adjuster to the final cleanup. His crew was very efficient and friendly.
