Be very careful when hiring this company in your neighborhood; they drive like maniacs and don't respect traffic signals! Keep your children safe while this company is in your neighborhood.

Their driver likes to speed and cut people off. Not sure where you need to be but weaving in and out of traffic chirping the tire from the lights is pretty stupid.

Took longer than expected to get an appt. Had to sign an exclusivity agreement which was not explained sufficiently, and included payment for half of the total before any work was done. Price was higher than expected (nearly $1000) for a …

Thank you for the feedback and for acknowledging that the repair itself was done well. We’re sorry to hear you didn’t feel the experience met a 5-star standard, and we’ll be reviewing your project internally to see where we can improve. We do want to clarify that construction timelines can occasionally shift due to on-site conditions. Your project was contracted on 1/7 and completed on 1/15, with the work finished the same day the crew arrived. The scope of work, pricing, and deposit were all reviewed and agreed to in writing before any work began. The repair also involved addressing holes in the decking—not just shingle patching—which does affect overall cost. Our crews are skilled professionals, and while English may not be everyone’s first language, they take pride in delivering high-quality work and customer satisfaction on every project.

I decided not to go with this company for my roof repair work. The individual arrived with his child in tow and appeared quite distracted throughout our encounter. In addition, he never sent me a proposal as promised. Clearly, he wasn't interested in getting my business, so I chose another company that valued working with me.

Very positive experience with Kingfisher. They came out at no cost to inspect my roof which I thought needed to be replaced. They said that we still have plenty of life left in our roof. We are going to use them for our new windows.

Thank you for the great review! We’re glad we could give you an honest assessment of your roof and let you know that replacement isn’t needed yet. We really appreciate you trusting Kingfisher Roofing, and we look forward to helping you with your new windows!

I recently had my siding replaced, and unfortunately the experience came with several problems. During the work, the contractors accidentally hit a water pipe, cut cables and left two rooms without working outlet. They did agree to cover the cost of fixing those issues, which I appreciate. The painting process was also rough. My cedar has a natural texture and I’m not expecting it to be perfectly smooth. My concern is the surface preparation. There was grit, loose/rough material and uneven areas that were painted over instead of being cleaned and prepared even just little bit. I do appreciate that they tried to go extra, but the workmanship and damage created more work for me. Overall, the experience was stressful and not as professional as I expected. One thing I learned: before you let anyone start cutting into your siding, measure the exact area yourself and make sure the measurements, scope, and price are written into the contract. Also discuss what happens if they find damaged sheathing or the moisture barrier/house wrap underneath—whether it will be replaced, repaired, or covered with a new layer, and exactly what that will cost. Don’t wait until the wall is already open to talk about additional charges. Otherwise, you can suddenly be given a number you weren’t expecting. Instead of apologizing for the mistakes his team made, the owner kept bringing up the price we agreed on, the price shouldn’t excuse careless work or damage.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We're sorry it didn't match your expectations, and we want to address a few points directly. Regarding the water line and electrical line: neither was visible within the wall until the existing siding was removed, and both were cut inadvertently during tear-out. Both were repaired promptly at our own expense. On the siding prep and paint: our crew followed standard prep procedures for cedar siding, and the finished work meets the quality standard we stand behind on every job. Cedar is a natural wood product with texture and grain variation that no amount of prep removes. We understand that can look different from what a homeowner may picture going in, but we're confident in the durability of the work. On scope: this contract included a defined and photo-documented scope of work, agreed to in advance. This project involved patching individual pieces of cedar siding on one wall. We recommended replacing and repainting the entire elevation instead, to avoid any mismatch in grain or paint between old and new material — but the decision was made to proceed with individual piece patching. Partway through the project, we were asked to complete nearly double that original scope. Any contractor would need to discuss pricing for an increase of that size — that isn't optional, and it isn't a reflection on the quality of our work. To help address the matching concerns that come with a patch approach, we offered to complete the additional pieces at material cost only, with no additional labor charge. This is also consistent with the advice in the last paragraph above about getting scope and pricing locked in before work begins, which we agree with. We've stood behind our work on this project throughout, and we stand behind it today. We appreciate all our customers' feedback and remain committed to quality craftsmanship on every job.

We are so grateful for Kingfisher Roofing. Nick Parsons was our Roof Specialist, and his inspection of our roof and the detailed proposal included video and pictures of our roof. Nick made the difference. He is very knowledgeable, professional and super responsive. Our new roof was completed today in Driftwood TX. Nick, AILeigh and the entire team provided stellar service and the roof is beautiful. Highly recommend Kingfisher Roofing.

Chris Dunn originally put in a brand new roof for the previous owner right before we purchased the home. The roof looks great and has not leaked with all of the rain we have had this summer. The one thing I was disappointed with was the plywood mess the crew left in the attic storage space. I emailed Chris and he was super responsive, offering to come out right away to resolve. He also had his office transfer the warranty to us. When he came out, he brought his shop vac and within 15 mins had the attic all cleaned up including the attic stairs. He was very friendly and easy to work with and clearly cares about the reputation of his company. I would definitely consider him in the future for roof or gutter work.

My review is solely based on customer service and those who call and solicit business. This is not about the roofing itself, I want to be clear about that. I received a phone call from your company asking if I would like free roofing consultation, and the caller was polite. When he asked if I was the home owner of my address, I corrected him and told him that I am a renter. He immediately hung up the phone on me. That was rude and uncalled for. If any business is wanting to solicit their services to others, whether you are a homeowner or a renter, it does not warrant hanging up the phone on someone. I would have easily been OK with the gentleman saying to me “OK well thank you for your time” and hung up the phone. Just hanging up the phone on me because I say I’m a renter because you don’t think that I am worthy of speaking to you is on you as a business. I actually was going to ask for their information to pass along to the owner of this home because I do have his information. But since your company likes to hang up on people then you are losing out on business. I do not know who this person was because they did not introduce themselves - it was a man who called me, but as a business, I would hope that management or the owner of this business knows that their customer service who is calling people is hanging up. Who’s to say that I won’t purchase a home and want to use your business in the future? I have owned a home at least once before in my lifetime and I am not an elderly person and have young children. I can afford to, but choose to rent instead. That is my preference. Again, my point is simply that hanging up on potential customers whether they are renting now or will be future homebuyers is not the way to go, and if you want your business to be known as the company that hangs up on people because renters are not worth their time, then you should know and you should also care. That is not the way to get business, and my review is not to bash the company, but

Hi Claya we do not have a call center and we do not cold call customers seeking roof inspections. I believe you have either confused us with another company or this is a spam/malicious attempt to target our company.
