  Continues to harass me and my neighbors despite "no soliciting" signs. Seriously disrespectful and aggressive.

  I have a prominently displayed no soliciting sign, but the salesman knocked anyways. This is very disrespectful of me and my property. Edit: was asked to remove my review. This is my true experience with your company. Whether I contracted or not is irrelevant. The one star review will remain. Another edit, 11/20/25 - Hargrove Roofing knocked AGAIN on my door, acknowledged that they saw my no soliciting sign and knocked anyway. The one star review remains, and if I could make it lower I would.

  My experience with Hargrove was not positive. Chandler Hunt has absolutely no respect for private property. I live in a gated community and on the gate there is a sign that says no soliciting and yet Chandler Hunt still felt the need to go door to door. The gate also has another meaning, no trespassing. Under Texas Penal Code § 30.05 it states a physical structure which in this case was a gate preventing entry. Just because one person requested a quote, as soon as Chandler Hunt went to any other house it was criminal trespass. So if you decide to use Hargove roofing, my experience with them shows a lack of respect of property and willing to break the law to gain business. Locally there is also a law prohibiting what they did: Sec. 4.05.006. - Entrance to premises restricted. It shall be unlawful for any peddler, solicitor, mobile food establishment, temporary food establishment operator or seasonal food establishment operator to enter upon any private premises or to ring the doorbell or rap or knock in any way in a manner calculated to attract the attention of the occupant when such premises are posted with a sign stating "No Peddlers Allowed" or "No Solicitations Allowed" or other words to such effect. Given that on the gate a no soliciting sign was posted, that covers all houses in the gated community. There are many roofing contractors, this is not the one you want to use unless you want to hire a company that is willing to commit a crime just to sell their services. Update 7/31/2025: Your reply should be all future customers need to know. Your employees committed criminal trespass...a crime. If your employees ever knock, ring the doorbell or step foot on my property again, they will be treated as criminals. They will be detained, they will be physically removed and charges for criminal trespass placed against them. Your response shows a true lack of ethics. Rather than actually address the concerns you bring name-calling and the Longhorns into it

  Had an awesome experience with Hargrove Roofing here in Austin, Texas! Excellent work throughout the whole process! They performed an initial estimate/assessment, along with a super detailed remediation actions needed with pictures, very competitive pricing, and the results were superb. Their roofer Ethan, was the best, kept me informed throughout the process, was very patient with my questions, his work was high quality, and even documented the repairs with before and after pictures! I was very impress with the whole process! Really appreciated the professionalism, results, high-quality staff, and pricing with the remediation actions. Would definitely use them again. Thanks!

  We had an outstanding experience with Hargrove Roofing from start to finish. Jhealan was our primary point of contact throughout the process, and Jesse did a fantastic job overseeing the entire project. They made an excellent team and kept everything running smoothly. Jesse and Jhealan were incredibly attentive, responsive, and always available to answer our questions. They handled communication directly with our insurance company, which took so much stress off of our shoulders. They also had no problem stopping by our house to show us shingle samples, walk us through the process, and make sure we were completely happy every step of the way. They ensured everything stayed on track and that the work met the highest standards. Together, they made us feel like we were close friends rather than just another customer. It was clear they genuinely cared about taking care of us and making sure we had a great experience. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, and our new roof looks amazing. We couldn't be happier with the entire experience and highly recommend Hargrove Roofing to anyone looking for an honest, professional, and customer-focused roofing company.   I had a great experience working with Rich from Hargrove roofing company from start to finish. They not only did an excellent job replacing my roof, but they also walked me through the entire insurance claims process and made everything much less stressful. They were professional, responsive, honest, and took the time to explain each step so I always knew what to expect. The crew worked efficiently, kept the property clean, and the finished roof looks fantastic. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs or a full replacement.
