  Was super easy to get on the schedule, but communication regarding when they’ll actually get started or arrive at your house is terrible. If you value communication go elsewhere

  ***Contractors Beware*** This company will call you to save them in an after hours emergency situation after they damage a customers home. When you show up do the work and save them, The president of the company will bash you and strongly warn people not to use your conpany. He has done this to several businesses. When you look at his review history it becomes apparent he believes he is above us hard working folks and with a chip on his sholder thinks he shouldn't have to pay for on the spot emergency services to fix damages that his company caused. If he treats us like this I cant image what they do to actual customers.

  When I reviewed this company, I said I was appreciative of them getting the job done quickly. However this company charged me $700.00 per hour when they told me an after hour service call was $175.00. Notice he did not even try to defend his charges. You decide if they are a ripp-off or not.

  Had a great experience with Longhorn Roofing. Joe Landry was very helpful, especially with organizing the extra work we needed, and the crew was great about going beyond just the shingles with some siding and painting even though it probably meant the job took longer than they expected. They were efficient and left no mess behind.

  The workers showed up on time and completed the task in a timely manner. They protected my patio and garden plants. They cleaned up after wards and it was so good no one would know I had my roof replaced. Everyone was professional and friendly. I could not have asked for a better experience.

  Can’t recommend enough. Same roofers my neighbors had and I finally caved. The project manager was attentive to all my requests and concerns and I am happy to say I am satisfied with the installation. Cleaned up afterwards to beyond expectations.

  I highly recommend Longhorn Roofing to anyone needing a roof replacement. Every interaction was very friendly and professional beginning with the phone call to Laura, to the roof assessment and estimate from Brady, and finally with the installation crew.   We were very happy with the entire process of replacing our roof. From the minute of initial contact with Longhorn Roofing to the successful roof replacement we were always communicated on each process before it happened which definitely was a plus!
