  Came and left a flyer on my door early Saturday morning. Despite multiple no solicitation signs. Woke my baby up. I would NEVER do business with such a disrespectful company!

  Choose a different company. I have a bold printed No Soliciting sign literally next to my door that their sales person left their flyer tucked next to after knocking on my door. If a company can't obey the literal bold sign saying to not knock on my door, they're not going to listen to you as a customer.

  I reached out to NewRuf to provide a bid covering the roof repairs to our rental property .They contacted us proply, provided us with an accurate proposal reflecting what I had asked for and met with me at the site so there would be no confusion about what my requirements were. I met with Michael Hickey on the first day of the job and the final walk through. I would not normally just toss out a 5 star rating but in this case Michael earned this rating by listening to me and addressing my concerns over a weird but easy to get wrong area of concern on the roof. I didn't end up with what I would have done, rather I received a reasonable solution to a fairly complex issue. Michael could have easily said that the first fix was all they were willing to do but he worked with me to come to a reasonable resolution. Thank you NewRuf. I'll see you in December for that roof inspection.

  We had a great experience with New Ruf for our roof replacement. Michael was a pleasure to work with. From start to finish he kept us informed every step of the way and clearly explained the entire process. Pricing was upfront with no hidden surprises. The crew did an excellent job. They showed up on time, worked hard, and completed the entire job in a day with a thorough clean up. Thanks for a job well done!

  I had 3 downspouts added to my existing gutter system and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The crew was very experienced, professional, and did a thorough job. The pricing was very competitive compared to other companies I considered. I highly recommend them.

  Bryce Barton and his partner went to my house to check leaking roof. It took them 30 minutes to climb to the roof and attics. After examining, they confirmed where is possible place to result in leaking. Glueing and sealing for me. They did the work and told me that the job is too little. It is free. I couldn’t thank them enough. The roof has been a problem for months. Thanks, Mr. Bryce. Michael Wei Chen
