  Update 2026 - made a hard sell to replace roof, gutter and cover deductible. At end, only did roof, partial gutter and took the full monies from insurance and did not cover my deductible. Careful about hard sell and undeliver. Worked with Steve Brannon. Overcharged the roofing job and very unprofessional dealing with. Caution you - he will make promises to get the job but will not honor or follow thru on them.

  Worst roofing “service” on planet Earth. Zero stars if Google allowed it. My elderly parents woke up to a knock last Wednesday. No appointment, no call, no nothing. Just a “Regional Manager” for BESTEX, standing on their porch with a clipboard and a fake smile. He used the oldest trick in the book: “Hey ma’am, I was ‘in the neighborhood’ and I need to perform an inspection on your roof. Mind if I hop up and take a quick look? It’ll only take five minutes.” My parents, too polite to slam the door, said “okay.” That’s all it took. Twenty minutes later Rob is back on the ground stating that their “roof is damaged,” and they NEED to repair it ASAP. Roof is 5 years old, installed by a reputable local company. Professional inspection was performed recently, ZERO damage, 20-year warranty intact. No storms or hail in our area for several months and no neighbors reported issues on their roofs either. When I called BESTEX to complain, Rob answered the phone himself. Zero apology. Instead he barked: “Your parent requested the inspection" which is FALSE. This is textbook predator tactics: Door-to-door scare blitz on seniors Fake urgency Bogus “free” inspection that locks you in Bully customers who push back This was also reported to the BBB, where they already have several claims for the same "tactics" Save your money, your roof, and your sanity. STAY AWAY FROM BESTEX.

Rob was not did not make contact with your parents through door to door sales. Your parents received a phone call from our call center and agreed to a free inspection which Rob was dispatched to complete the service request. All calls are recorded for quality assurance and we would be happy to provide a copy of that transmission. 2. After completing a thorough inspection, Rob did document his findings as well as the small damage found in the inspection. We are also happy to provide any photos which were shown at the appointment as we always make an effort of full transparency. Our inspections do not lock you into any agreement for work to be complete and the full intention is to earn your future business and provide a honest roofing service. We encourage and welcome any additional feedback you can provide to give more insights to your experience.

  Bestex is ok with roof replacements. But when it comes to repairing roof issues, they do not respond. I prefer a roofing company that wants to keep customers happy.

  We do not recommend this company. They are happy to take your money, but not interested in customer satisfaction or fixing their mistakes. We had our roof replaced by BesTex in 2021 and again after the 2023 hail storm. During the 2021 replacement, they used the wrong size nails in our open eves and had to contract a painter to grind down and repaint all nails holes and eves. They did not fill all the holes so our eves look like absolute garbage from underneath. The holes also allow for additional weather wear and tear. Even with all that, we felt they did what they could or were willing to do to make it right. We gave BesTex another chance after the 2023 hail storm and now we have a broken a rafter. I notice roof sagging and called them immediately. They came out and confirmed it was broken, but decided it was not their warranty issues. During the replacement, the crew would drop loads of shingles on the roof which was very loud, unnerving, and concerning. This was brought to our job fireman's attention and we were ensured it was normal and everything would be okay. We are VERY disappointed and will never use this company again nor will we recommend them to anyone.

  Super nice folks, but they ghosted me part way through the process. Refused to complete some work, and then failed to respond to resquest for billing.

  The roof installation went fine but communication was horrible through the process. I had to initiate the majority of the communication. I had to call to get the installation date scheduled. Day of the install, workers were late and I had to call to find out why. No one from BesTex called me after the roof was complete to see if I was satisfied. Emailed for a month after install to close out the project with the final payment. I just now received my final invoice through email (do-not-reply address), 3 months after the roof was installed. Not the best experience for me.

  Beware of this company !!!! Beware!!! This company stole from my father who’s a disabled Vereran!!! This company was contracted to complete my fathers roof in New Orleans , Lousiana and after they accepted the job, they stole his solar panels and then told him that they cannot do his roof because it’s in New Orleans. Julio , one of their reps, won’t return calls and basically told him that he needs to figure out how to get his solar panels back !!!! This is utterly ridiculous and we will not stop until this company is reprimanded…. Especially for Stealing from a disabled vet and not rectifying the situation!!!!

  Did great to start off with. Got the roof done sooner than expected. However after that I couldn’t reach the contractor, couldn’t get the interior work scheduled. Stated he couldn’t reach his guy to get on schedule. I waited nearly three weeks and then was told it would be another four weeks before they could start. Seems like a sales pitch from the beginning. They get your business for the roof then you can’t get ahold of them anymore. Would not recommend.

  I normally don't leave reviews but I can say that Bestex is one of the best roof companies I have ever worked with. They did a fantastic job on my roof replacement. Most importantly the communication was top notch. They were on time and cleaned up the job site very well. Don't hesitate to call and ask for Colt.

  BesTex and Samantha Stone were an absolute joy to work with! They brought professionalism, genuine care, and the kind of follow-through that makes you wonder why every business interaction can’t be this easy.   I would highly recommend BesTex for all of your roofing needs and home repairs. From start to finish Rob and Brendon and the whole team were great to work with! Special kudos for Rob, he came to my home and did a free inspection. We definitely needed a new roof!!! In less than five days I had my estimate and a new roof!!!! Excellent job! Also, I would like to thank Samantha Stone. If not for her I would not have known about BesTex.
