  David did a fantastic job on our railing and walkway. The last hurricane destroyed it. He rebuilt it and now stronger than ever.

  Can I give SMA a ten star rating? If you are frustrated with contractor estimates that really aren't estimates because they include possible overages of 10-20% and profit margins over multiple subcontractors then stop the madness and go to SMA.Your contracted bid is what you will be writing your check for. No games or surprises. How refreshing! The quality of the work was exemplary. David took his time thoughtfully evaluating and creatively planning and troubleshooting every aspect of our home's exterior rehab.He patiently explained and drew diagrams about the project and materials to be used and why, communicated about every step, kept the job site immaculate, and completed the work on time. His professionalism, humble manner ,expertise, and communication skills will impress you. SMA also stands behind their work with a guarantee written right on the contract.   I can't be happier with everything Dave did, it looks fantastic! New Metal Roof, Stone Work, Windows, Door, Paint. His communication throughout the entire project was spot on! He hit our deadline without issues! He's my guy going forward, there is no need to call anyone else!

  I recently bought a new home and it desperately needed help. I talked to a few places that told me it was a difficult repair and wouldn't help. After taking to SMA, I was able to finally get the help I needed! 10/10 would recommend!

  Dave Smith with SMH Exteriors was able to help us with our soffit problem.  Milton blew out a couple of pieces. Had tried since to get someone to do the repair but no one was interested. A recent storm damaged more soffit. Dave responded to our call and repaired the soffit.  Price was reasonable and the job was completed.  It was a pleasure working with him. Highly recommended.   I can NOT rave about SMA enough! Getting your roof fixed as a new homeowner can be very stressful. From the get-go Dave was reassuring, and willing to go the extra mile. His knowledge and experience made me know my new house was in excellent hands. His efficiency and customer service was so refreshing it was almost unbelievable! A HUGE thank you to SMA. A full exterior transformation in Cape Coral — new roof, new windows, and a rebuilt front entry. When we started this project, the roof needed a full replacement and the wood pergola out front had rotted through. We swapped it for black powder-coated aluminum that won't face that problem again, added new windows, fresh paint, and new rock along the front walkway.
