  Started out great. Ended very poorly. They broke my new gate, my pool equipment, at last count over 100 nails. They left behind a disaster. I was pretty much told to just get over it and that I should expect a mess.

  Do not use this company.... This is the quality they provide. They literally screw you and don't stand by there workmanship. They installed a roof on 8/22 and screwed right through a water pipe . This screw rusted out and we wake up to this. They say they won't fix it or stand by there workmanship. Be careful They are a boot outfit... Don't get screwed

  We do not have a contract with you. That is clearly a plumbing issue not a roofing issue.

  The short version: This is a company that does not care about anything other than getting your money and getting the job done. Customer service is not only not on their radar, but nowhere near the building their radar is located. Their receptionist is great when you call the company with any questions, which you will need to do. My roof is replaced, it does not leak, and it looks good except for one or two areas that they have not come back to look at, despite my telling the sales rep about them during our final walkthrough. The price for the roof replacement was good. The communication from this company is nonexistent once you sign the contract (before that they call quite often); what little there is comes after the customer calls them. They did not inform me of a sudden work stoppage in the middle of the job, nor did they tell me when the permits closed; I had to call and ask about both. My concerns about beer cans I found in my back yard during the install were brushed aside. There ar esports on the roof that, during he final walkthrough I was assured that would be fixed. I have not heard from them since the job was finished.

  This company mistakenly tore off half of my neighbors roof when they went to the wrong address. They want her to claim it under her hurricane repairs because it would cause their insurance premiums to go up. That’s why you have it!!!

We have an open job with a client that we are actively working to resolve. We strive to always provide excellent customer service and communication and there is no small business that is immune to an honest mistake. We appreciate your understanding.   I purchased a new roof from them less than 1 year ago. They, of course, were very polite and helpful at that time. Now I cannot get them to answer the phone. Their voicemal message gives an email address. I have emailed 3 times with no response! Do not recommend, follow up is non-existent.

  Trademark had great customer service and follow up. Kory was always there to answer any answers I needed via text or email. The gutter installation was great as well. After having a previous bad roof experience Trademark was a breath of fresh air. I am so happy with their service.

  I have no idea how folks can do roof work during the summer in Cape Coral, but they did it. The team replaced a few tiles that had come loose from a storm, installed tiles that I had on hand to repair a section of roof needing them from the original installation, and did it all in record time.
