  Wow, can’t believe Roof EZ. Received a letter from their lawyer that a lien has been placed on our house. We are holding back the final payment because the problems that we have are not resolved. When Roof EZ asked for the final payment they had only repaired some of the issues. When we asked when the rest of the repairs will be done they ghosted us. We have received an incorrect roof. The new drip edge on the roof is ruined just to name a few of the problems we have. The final inspection had also failed three times. If you think about using this company, record everything and take plenty of pictures. Prepared to fight to get a quality roof.In order to leave a review I had to show 1star which In our opinion Roof Ez does not deserve.

  This company is CRIMINAL!!!!!! They supposedly repaired my roof in 24 and when the rain season started this year I have a leak in the same spot of the roof. Called and informed them I had a leak in the same spot and they stated they couldn’t get a person out in over a week to look at it. When they did come out they naturally tell me it’s a new leak even though it’s leaking in the same spot as it did last year. Charged me $2800.00 repair that took less than two hours to repair and then don’t give the customer the time of day. I would stay away from this company, they can NOT be trusted.

  Roof EZ came to inspect my roof and give me a quote for needed repairs from Hurricane Ian. They said they would send a quote in a couple days. It has been 5 weeks. No quote. I sent an email the week after they were here to follow up and check status on a quote. Crickets... I guess their ad on the TV is just a fallacy. No job too big or too small. 🤣🤣🤣 What a joke!

  Avoid this company, they subcontract all work and do not supervise there subcontractors, this work was considered acceptable. They did not have the tools or skill to make the panels straight. There are to many issues to post, this is work done on my neighbors home contractor replied with false information reputable roofers have in house crews and do on occasion hire subs, reputable would have stopped their installation crew when things where going wrong and not blame poor installation on the construction of the house, reputable contractors have proper supervision of all of their jobs.

  Nick was terrific. He found the problem with our roof and gave us a quick date for repairs. Our technician Kyle was great. He explained the repairs to us and answered our questions. We are very pleased.

  My wife and I had Jason’s crew come and inspect our roof and also remove an old satellite dish and patch the area. He had the inspection done before I could even follow up with a timeframe which was awesome and unexpected. Very professional, fast and efficient.

  I am a property manager here in the Iona-McGregor and have owned 36 residential rental properties over the last 35 years. After Hurricane Ian I have had a duplex in need of roof replacement and after my Insurance claim was finally settled I have contracted the job to Roof EZ Inc. The process of working with owner/operator Jason Polly has been seamless from commitment to completion. The roof shingles were put on a gabled roof which is a more difficult proposition but I am thoroughly satisfied with his courtesy and professionalism. That extends through his workers from the roof to the office personnel. I will be using Roof EZ Inc.from this point further as the properties find need for roofing repairs and replacement.
