  put in for a roofing quote over two years ago. Didn’t like their follow-up since they reached out 2 months after I requested. I asked to be taking off the list. I was not. They continue to reach out and even calling me at 9:30 am on a sunday. Totally unprofessional and just plain rude. It’s not like I don’t answer during the week. I would never go with a company that conducts business in such and manner.

  * 7/15 RESPONSE TO ALLSTATE’s REPLY: I indicated someone came to my house when I was not home and my ring camera recorded them walking around the house. I also indicated I could see but not identify a shirt logo. Based on the time the ring video was captured you indicated it was a JH rep. I never said I saw a JH rep. Yes I was satisfied in the end and sent the final payment. Let me be clear when I say I was at no point pleased only minimally satisfied that all the errors we had to identify for you were corrected. Final payment was submitted late April, the 8 week delay in this review reflects my attempt to recount factually what happened and not allow my perspective to be clouded by this nightmare experience. Had I written the review earlier it would have been significantly worse. Your crew slept in a van on my street outside my house and left underwear lying in the street. Yes you corrected the many errors we found that never should have occurred but nothing about this experience measured up to satisfactory. Trust me when I say my disappointment far exceeds yours.* I would strongly advise against hiring Allstate for your Hardie board installation. The installers made mistakes that would have proved catastrophic to our home in the event of any type of heavy rain much less a named storm. The lack of professionalism was a real problem but the lack of product knowledge and inability to follow specifications clearly laid out by James Hardie in the permit were shocking. We had a sales person come out and sell us on their experience and process. Austin told us he would be with us every step of the way. Even though the install was running months behind he never reached out, at least not until we discovered the installation was not being performed to James Hardie specifications and we halted the job. We were concerned about our board and batten install because it appeared to be missing flashing critical to preventing water intrusion and damage, along with other issues inc

  Update! 10/10 don’t recommend this company! They leave holes in your bedroom ceiling for a week and come up with excuses Theresa was very pleasant and helpful in the preliminary stages of listening to me, assisting and scheduling for an estimate for my roof, but that’s as far as it went. They gave me a low quote then tore off a bunch of wood and replaced it before my consent( you think they would make a phone call when discovering the bad wood and simply extending the courtesy of informing prior to taking liberties that wasn’t yet established) and then hit me with a 6k change order then leveraged the completion of my roof upon signing the order. Their crews spoke no English and their project manager couldn’t speak Spanish lol he asked my wife if she could.They left the fascia off and soffit off as well, had to do that myself. And they told me several different times they were going to be there to repair the hole in. My ceiling which was done after about the third scheduling date and a bunch of phone calls no I wouldn’t recommend but this was my experience Take it for what you want The first review was before I even got a quote so I jumped the gun there. They ask you to leave a review right after you make first contact to make this section look better then what it is

  were originally scheduled to do the job in August. Showed up in June with no previous notification. No crew lead who could speak english who could explain anything to me. Crushed all my plants on the side of the house. were completely unresponsive to questions or concerns I raised. even though I had paid 60% of the job before they had started the hounding for final payment started even before the job was finished and reviewed and approved by me. Harrassed me incessantly for payment even though not even a week had passed before the job was completed. Completely unprofessional and given how sloppy they were with how other parts of my house were taken care of I would never reccomend them. They did not adhere to their original price quote, and even though we verbally agreed to a 3500 change order they attempted to charge me 4000. Then and even though a full week had not passed before completion they were threatening me with liens and lawsuits. Certainly not a company I would recommend to anyone for multiple reasons.

  I was quoted for 2 roofs in 12/2022 after Hurricane Ian avg $26-$28k for each roof. fast forward roof finally gets completed and they are now billing me $43k for the smaller house and $32k for the other roof. $20k total est. overcharge without advising me of the price difference. I feel I have been taken and I am sure and ask other homeowners that have been price gouged to come forward. We consumers deserve protection from these type on incidents like this. Our homes are with a mile from this company and felt good about giving the local business the work. Not realizing this would happen. I had a $16k deductible and only received $9k after the deductible was paid and Citizens I duran e did not renew my policy. This has me loosing sleep with anxiety and I am hoping someone can direct me to get some help? How can we let a local company do this? They have a ton of business and are taking advantage of a Senior and a Single Mother who struggles to make ends meet.

  Stay away from these guys. I booked an appointment right after Ian for 9am on 10/31/2022. They called me Friday 10/28 to confirm and I did. They called again Saturday10/29 and when i returned the call Inwas on hold for over an hour. They sent a text 10/31 saying the appointment was at 5 am. I texted back that it was at 9 am. Guess what? No one shows. I call them at 9am, and get a song and dance about how I did not respond to them. No class, no integrity. Stay away from them.

  Robbie and the crew showed up on time this morning and proceeded to get right to work. Robbie is really a great guy and what an amazing crew he had out here today. These guys were extremely professional, neat and clean. I couldn't be more happy with the work that these guys performed today in this Florida heat. I'm looking forward to the next rain to see how these gutters work. I really appreciate the ease that Allstate exteriors experience truly was.

  We recently built a new home and needed gutters installed along the back. The entire process with Allstate Exteriors and Restoration Services was extremely easy from start to finish. Norb was wonderful during the consultation—very honest, straightforward, and easy to talk to. The quote was very fair, especially compared to others we received, and everything from scheduling to payment was simple. Installation went smoothly, and after the first rain, everything worked exactly as it should. The gutters kept the area around our foundation dry, which was exactly what we needed for our two-story home. Overall, a very professional and reliable team. We’re really happy with the results and would definitely recommend them.

  Mine was a smallish job that turned out to be a bit more than expected. I was very impressed with the communication from Allstate re: the extra time needed to do the work and what the scheduling would be. Allstate completed their work as they promised. Norb, Allstate's rep, was very friendly and informative, which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely call Allstate for any future roof/gutter needs.

  Jon Massey was wonderful. Came to the house on a Saturday to talk with me about our gutter issue. He explained everything so well I had no questions or concerns. We had a little hiccup during the process but he was there helping and reassuring us through the process. Great guy!

  We had a small shed that needed a new metal roof. We were glad that Allstate Exteriors came right out and measured and gave a good quote..We were surprised that they would even be interested in such a small job. The customer service girl was very good about communicating with us regarding scheduling. We were very pleased with the way Robbie and his crew took care of business from start to finish. They were very efficient and cleaned up after themselves. They treated us as if we were just as important as their big jobs.
