During the tearoff, my wife and her father-in-law both stepped on nails in the walkway. I first asked the crew if they could kindly sweep the walkway since they were done the tearoff and my wife now needs a tetanus shot. They blew me off. Since the crew disregarded the two injuries, I called the owner who responded by getting loud with me and saying it will be done by the end of the job. I know that it’s a work site but I politely asked just to sweep the walkway which would take about two minutes. I am very displeased with the way we were treated by this company. I also happen to know that they pay people to write 5 star reviews and pay to have the 1 star reviews removed. Do not trust this 5 star rating.here is the best part my wife is a former employee of this company.. Hints why she is aware of the negative reviews that are removed for a fee…. My wife couldn’t believe they treated her mother and step father like this… very glad she is no longer involved with this company… extremely disappointed

Thank you for sharing your feedback and we are sorry to hear about your experience. We take all customer concerns seriously. While we strive to keep the work area clean, it is important to remember that this is an active worksite, and despite our best efforts, the nature of roofing projects can sometimes make it challenging to ensure that every area is free of debris at all times during the process. We do make it a priority to sweep and clean up at multiple stages of the project to prevent accidents. As for the review concerns, we take pride in maintaining a high standard of honesty and integrity in our business practices. We do not engage in paying for reviews or removing negative feedback. We value transparency and encourage all customers to voice their experiences openly. We regret this experience did not meet your expectations, but we are committed to continuous improvement and ensuring that our services reflect the trust that is placed in us.

I requested roof replacement quotes from several different companies. My property manager recommended Vega based on feedback from other landlords. They answered my questions promptly and helped me navigate a challenging insurance claim process. I'm very happy with the results and I would definitely recommend Vega Roofing Solutions.
