  Total amateurs I hired them to do my roof now this is what I'm left with . Their guarantee means nothing. They used thin plywood that was damp and the roof is sagging, other neighbors in my community are having the same issue with them as well.

  They were very quick to schedule an inspection for my real estate transaction in person, they provided a reasonable estimate and when I approved them and they scheduled me a bit too far out, they were quick to see if they could accommodate a faster repair date which helped us close on time. They created a portal where I could message them and they uploaded all of the pictures I needed.

  My brand new roof, installed by another roof company I will not name, came apart during a basic storm. I called Roman and they had someone come out that next morning, despite it being July 4th. James went in the roof, diagnosed and educated me on multiple problems. Work to be done in about a week! Thank you!
