  I called to schedule an estimate for repairs and got an appointment on a Thursday afternoon. No one called or showed up. I called to ask if they were still coming, and the person answering said they'd get in contact with their technician and call me back. I hadn't heard from anyone by lunch on Friday so I called again. They said their technician attempted to call and leave a voicemail that they couldn't make the appointment, but I never received a call. They claimed to have recorded my phone number incorrectly (1 digit off), which is why I didn't hear from anyone. We rescheduled for Monday afternoon. No one called or showed up. When I attempted to call, I received a recording stating that the number dialed is no longer in service. This is the number on the BBB, their website, and Google. I scheduled with this company because of the positive reviews and rating on BBBs website. If I could give this company a zero, I would.

  I want to share my 5 star experience with SlopePro Roofing and Elden Echols. Elden responded 2 days after our phone call to assess the damage and my roof repair was completed 5 days later. The repair was completed in a timely manner and the cleanup was like they were never there. The casual, personal, and professional communication with this company is far beyond a 5 star rating. A special thank you to Amber in the office with her assistance in the billing. I highly recommend SlopePro Roofing and I will definitely use them in the future for any of my roofing needs.

  I was told that I needed some roof repairs, some boot replacements, which I thought was strange because I had them replaced a couple of years back. One company came out and told me I needed a new roof. Alden came out to take a look. Me, not being a roof expert by any means, he could've told me anything and I would've had to take his word. This upstanding man assured me that there was nothing wrong with the roof, at all, and come to find out he was exactly right. It was something altogether different causing my issue. That's a company I can get behind. Honest assessment and not trying to dupe customers. His integrity goes a long way with me, and I will be using this company in the future!

  Alden was amazing through the entire process from the initial inspection and quote to the final inspection. The crew took great care to treat the property well, and cleanup was thorough at the end. Because of Alden's thorough inspection of the roof before the quote, there were no surprises once work started. The end result of working with SlopePro for our roof replacement project is a beautiful, brand new, masterfully installed roof with both manufacturer AND installation warranty that we can rely on. Not enough can be said about how honest, friendly, and professional everyone at SlopePro has been from the first contact to schedule an inspection through to the final walkthrough. SlopePro made this a great experience end-to-end, and while I won't have to worry about replacing this new roof for decades, I highly recommend SlopePro to anyone looking for roofing work! Thanks, Alden! You knocked it out of the park, just like you promised!

  Everyone at SlopePro Roofing was so helpful and willing to provide the services we needed to get our roof fixed. I called and they were able to get an estimate done in a few days and my roof repaired within 10 days! I really appreciate their service even after the job was done.

  After a series of strong wind and rain. My wife notice we had a small water stain coming from our bedroom closet. My wife asked if I knew anyone who does roofing. I said sure do! SlopePro did an amazing job and the pricing was fantastic! They came in like bam, boom, thank you ma’am and was out!
