  Watched one of their people chuck a cigarette butt out of the window of their vehicle on the corner of Barton Drive and Plymouth Road. If they don't care about doing the right thing when they think no one is paying attention, how can you trust them to do the right thing when they're working on your house?

  One of your drivers should drink stronger coffee in the morning. Pulled out of speedway off ironwood and completely disregarded traffic and tried to sideswipe us off the road . It’s ok we were actually paying attention and were able to avoid you !

  Did my roof. I am/ was disappointed with the unprofessionalism, lack of communication, unskilled work crew and lack of supervision of work crew. Left my home/ yard a mess, stains on my home, bent gutters and came back 2x times to fix issues, unsuccessfully. I will say though there was one thing that was a pro , thought it would be fixed, but 3 months later still no communication. Hopefully, others have better experiences and are pleased with their end result.

  Not a customer but after what i seen today i wouldnt. One of there company vehicles was on ironwood rd, driving north and driving like a bat out of hell. If thats how they drive with no reguards to other drivers on the road then i would definitely not be hiring them for any job.

  Bad experience but can not find anyone else to get on my 3 story 12/12 pitch roof. They told my insurance they would send a guy out the next day... nothing. She called them he blamed someone else and said hed call her back never did. The guys did show up to do the work. Nice crew but still have yet to get a quote after they said they would get me one. Townes was amazing but didnt have the proper equipment to do my roof. But i think I will give them another shot. Maybe they were having a bad week.

  Extremely bad experience! An historic residential stone fireplace face was to have a crack repaired. The repair was mis-diagnosed up front, the crack was ground larger, the wrong patching material was used, and the bill was in excess of the hours actually worked. They did agree to a smaller payment, but I'm left with a mess. Never offered to correct. I'll end up paying someone else more to fix! :(

  The gentlemans did a great job that they were doing for my mom and the went out of there way to fix couple of other issues for her I would diffently recommend them thanks again God bless you for bless my mom and you know who you are

  Slatile Roofing has provided service for Christ Lutheran Church and School for nearly 15 years. During that time they provided assistance and guidance for repairs as well as replacing the aging roof on the school. Michael Albert provided excellent service for the many repairs necessary while we secured funds for the roof replacement. Replacing the roof under Ken Hoy's direction was timely and well done.   Slatile was quick to respond to my call. They came out and made repairs even provided me pictures of the repairs and damage. Great asset to have for future reference. Marvin, my service man was exceptional at his trade. Made repairs and left no sign he was even there. Very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Slatile for any roofing problems.   Metal roof installed by some hill jacks was done before we moved into our home. Slatile did a great job flashing and protecting our home from leaks we were having. I would recommend them to anyone needing repairs. They were willing to do some short term patch repairs but recommended better repairs that would last longer. I had to follow up with them a couple times to keep the process moving, but I understand the world we live in and know things don't happen overnight and there's a lot of demand in this industry. They did what they said they would do at the price they originally quoted and I'll be happy to use them in the future, although they've taken care of my problems so I doubt I'll need to.
