One Way Construction and Roofing

The only one or two-star review we hold for One Way Construction and Roofing.

I called them to get a quote for a small section of siding that our deck destroyed. The first appointment there was a miscommunication with time so we rescheduled. He came and talked to my husband and said he would call with pricing. Its been over a month and we still haven't received a call with pricing quotes. We will look for another company who will give us a call back in a timely manner.

One Way construction and Roofing LLC came out for an estimate, scheduled a date to come out and start working and got the job done quickly and efficiently. They were very communicative and informative as they worked on our roof. They got it done in a timely manner and cleaned up afterwards. Our roof looks great and we’d definitely recommend them!

Great competence, professionalism, and persistence. This was a particularly complicated job that required repeated visits to diagnose what was failing in the roof and resulting in leakage. Enrique and Hugo were fantastic to work and were fully engaged until the problem was solved!

Complicated diagnostic jobs like yours are exactly where we want to show up and deliver, and we're really glad Enrique and Hugo stuck with it until the root cause was found and fixed. Enrique was great, answered all my questions; and even went back up to check out my roof a second time when he was already packed up to leave. Will be using this company again for any roof repairs.
