  I would do no stars if it was possible. I made an appointment on a Tuesday to have them come out to look at and give an estimate on a new roof. An appt was made for the very next day (Wednesday) for late afternoon, they didn't show up nor did they call, so at 5 PM that day I called the office to see if they were going to make it. They said no as the winds were to bad. I totally get as safety is very important, but I asked why couldn't they have called me. No response to the question, but she said she wasn't sure if they were doing appointments on Friday, she'd get back to me. Guess what? Absolutely no call back at all Friday, Saturday or Monday and it's now Friday again and I still haven't heard anything! But that's ok, because Tuesday I called another roofing company, made an appointment for Thursday had a man out at the appointment time, inspected my roof sat down with for an hour discussing options and BAM I have an AWESOME company to come do my roof! So I guess I should thank Rooftech for being irresponsible as I now have a trustworthy company to put on my new roof. The company doing my roof are very deserving of the Five Star rating they have...

The significant wind system/snow that developed that afternoon forced us to recall all of our technicians out of concern for their safety. In the process of accounting for our team, it appears that some details related to your appointment reschedule were not adequetly conveyed. It had been our plan since that initial delay to contact you once the snow had dissipated to schedule a new time to visit your home. We do not complete roof inspections in the snow due to safety concerns and limited roof visibility. We are happy to hear that you found someone to fulfill your needs and will subsequently remove you from our future appointment call back list. Best of luck and have a great holiday!

  It was such a pleasure working with Rooftech after the storm send a tree through my roof. The crew that replaced the roof and gutters was amazing. I was so grateful that they also found and replaced several water damaged boards and didn’t just cover them up. The guys were all very professional, efficient, hard-working and highly skilled. After the job, they cleaned up and left my yard spotless. You can tell they take pride in their work! I greatly appreciated Corey Madaras’ (owner) advocacy for my roof replacement to the insurance company. His skills in navigating the coverage eased the trauma of dealing with the storm damage to my house. I can’t thank him enough. Kimberlyne and Adri coordinate and assist folks like me with all of our questions and concerns. They were always very helpful and quick to respond. They do an outstanding job of customer service! I will tell everyone that Rooftech is hands-down the best roofing company in town!

  We can’t say enough about how thrilled we are with Rooftech replacing our roof. From the inspection/quote to the cleanup, they were fantastic. We already knew we needed a new roof, so the inspection was more for the estimate, but even still, there was no effort to push us to super premium products, services or add-ons. Just an explanation of the options available and their respective benefits. We had several quotes and Rooftech was the only one that didn’t try to upsell us on things. Kimberlyn, the person in the office that we communicated with throughout the project was so nice and so accommodating. The communication was fantastic, from making color choices to what to expect in preparation for their arrival. The team that arrived took great care to protect our lawn, landscaping, and deck furniture. They worked hard and long and were all friendly and nice. We had some heavy rain overnight, but they had taken all the appropriate precautions so that the roof deck was secure and protected. The work was fantastic and the new roof looks so good. They completed the job in two days (working from 7:30 am until 8:30-8 pm both days. Then, there was the cleanup. At the end of the first day, everything was secured and stored neatly when they left. When they left the second day, after finishing the work, you would be hard-pressed to find any evidence that they had ever been there. They were meticulous in cleaning up even the “shingle dust” on the porch, sidewalk, and deck. The team spent at least 3 hours with magnets, vacs and blowers, even knocking out debris from the inside of the downspouts. Even the gutter guards were trimmed and reinstalled. Forgot to add this. They finished at around 8 on a Friday night. The only thing left behind was the dumpster. Since it was a Friday, we expected that the dumpster would stay the weekend. To our delight, Saturday morning at 8, the dumpster was being removed. You will not regret going with Rooftech!!!!

  Rooftech did a great job putting on my new roof !! Start to finish they're always helpful and friendly. They did a great job with the cleanup like they were never there. They fixed some of the errors that the previous roofer didn't do when he put the roof on prior.

  Employees were on time and efficient, completed the job in a day, have had several neighbors remark on how nice it looks and who was the company. I highly recommend Rooftech Contruction.

  It was great experience with Roofteech Construction: My Neghbor referred them to me ! And my phone was answered immediately! Kim was so attentive -gave me details, estimate and choices of colors - all within an hour!!! Then Corey brought me samples and detailed Estimate next day - and I could not resist- -Such a Service - within a week I had a Best looking Roof in my neighborhood - in One day done!- I'm very happy with the service 😍 THANK YOU Everyone !

  From the first phone call to the end of the repairs, Kim was so helpful and pleasant to talk to. The work was finished in a timely manner, working around bad weather. We have a flat roof and had a hard time finding someone to do the work. We are very pleased with the work.
