Your project included the installation of a new metal roof and gutter system. After you contacted us regarding damage to sections of your gutters and gutter guards, our team reviewed the situation promptly. The areas affected were locations where snow guards were not installed. Snow guards are recommended on metal roofs to help prevent snow and ice from sliding off and causing damage below, and this recommendation was included in the original scope. That said, because your project is still under warranty, we advised that we repair the damaged gutters and gutter guards at no cost to you. We also offered the option to add the remaining snow guards for the cost of materials only, with labor included at no charge, in order to help prevent future issues. We sincerely regret that the differences between earlier estimates and sales representatives caused confusion or frustration. While staff changes can happen, our intention is always to stand behind our work, honor our warranties, and communicate clearly. We take reviews like this seriously and never intend for a customer to feel unheard or unsupported.   Told me they would call me back with a roofing estimate in a few days. I never heard from them again.

  Hello Dawn! Since your review came in our team immediately began work to get in contact with you to apologize for this lapse in our processes with no reply from you at this time. When your inquiry was received, we had informed you that your project in Knox was out of our service area but that we would be happy to provide a digital estimate using Eagleview technology. Our supplier for Eagleview technology did not provide a satellite view of your property, so we submitted another inquiry for a satellite view after which it was explained to us that your pitch could not be accurately determined and no satellite view would be provided. The amount of time this process took along with the volume of repair, replacement and emergency calls we have received over the last few months created a situation wherein we neglected to call you in a timely manner. We apologize again for the inconvenience, and our roofing manager will contact you once again via email to see about alleviating the situation before we cease contact. Regardless, we want you and our community to know we’ve taken steps to ensure this does not happen again, and that feedback always matters to us and helps us improve!

  We had a new roof put on our cabin/house in Michigan. This company is absolutely outstanding in so many ways! Their website is impressive, especially since they provided an instant quote (which was inline with other companies). Their response time was excellent. The offer a great variety of shingles. They provide outstanding professionalism with their work and service. We can't say enough positive things about Asscher...I just wish all companies were this outstanding!!!!! Life would be easier!

  Asscher Roofing replaced the roof on two separate houses for me in May of 2025. They did an excellent job. They rebuilt a chimney also. They cleaned up inside and outside, as I had a flat roof that required new rafters and everything. Their prices were very competitive and they completed each roof in one day.
