  We had a tree fall on the roof and caused some damage. They were nice about coming and giving a estimate - seemed to know what they were doing and so we signed a contract to get it done. But once the contract was signed - things became very slow. There is a leak in roof that gets water in the house - we requested if they can temporarily fix it so the water doesnt get in in house or foundation. we were told that it would be done first and actual work start at a later date ( which we were ok with ) but nobody came and the roof is still leaking and water still getting in the house. we will cancel our contract and hire somebody locally. They are based out of roanoke and I suspect distance is an issue. Person who we communicated with was very professional and seemed nice. one star for Brad.

  Brandon came out to do my roof and gutter quote. From the moment our conversation started he was top notch! He was patient with the 1000 questions I asked. When he finished the inspection and came inside and sat down, I knew out of the other companies I had set down with at that point, that Skywalker was at the top of my list. I’m old school with a lot of things, but when he set up the iPad, things changed for me. It was a start to finish video of the inspection. This included a from the road view of my house to stepping up the ladder, from one end of the roof to the other and along the way, showing me all the things that I wouldn’t know because I have never and probably will never go on top of my roof. He brought samples of the shingles, gutter and the guards and was very knowledgeable. Talking with Brandon felt like family, someone you’ve known for years. I had about 5 companies come out and none of them brought to the table what Brandon at Skywalker did. He radiates a passion for people, his family and this company. Fast forward to roofing and gutter time. The team that replaced my roof, and gutters do not play. Once they were set up, they got to it. When they were done, you couldn’t tell anyone had been there. Unless you looked at my snazzy roof and gutters! Adam the project manager was great about communicating with me throughout the day and after everything was done. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to go with Skywalker. I wouldn’t suggest cutting corners because in this case you do get what you pay for. Thank you Skywalker!

  Skywalker has done a great job replacing our vinyl siding and gutters! They gave a through estimate, answered all our questions, had a good price and were great communicators during the process. The workers arrived on time, worked quickly, with attention to detail and were very pleasant to be around. Cody and Tucker were friendly and professional. We are totally happy with the results.

  No one wants to spend money on a new roof but your home is your largest investment. Skywalker roofing made getting a new roof as painless as possible. Cory came to my home working with my schedule and after a careful inspection sent me a contract that included a soffit repair I had requested. I appreciated the price choices provided on the contract. Adam's team came and replaced my roof and repaired the soffit while I was at work. There was no mess, my yard was tidy. I immediately noticed less of a musty smell in my home. I am completely satisfied.

  Both my husband and I are extremely impressed with the professionalism, quality of work, cleanup and the exceptional communication between contractor and homeowner on our roof replacement. Plus, this was not an easy job. We had at least 4 layers of old roofing and some decayed decking to replace. Plus, we needed a flat roof, similar to those on older commercial buildings. Yet, this is a private residence built around 1950. It has been a long time since we have received such quality service from anyone, so our experience with Josh and his crew was above our expectations. They come with the "can do attitude", and their work is superb. We Highly recommend this company for any project you have on hand. You will not be disappointed, not in the least.

  Full roof replacement. Impressed by Cody and the crew. Obviously experienced crew and everyone knew their roles. Cody had been with Skywalker 5 years and very limited turnover on the crews speaks well of Skywalker.
