I would not recommend this roofing company based on our experience. When they came knocking on our door we felt pressured into filing an insurance claim for roof damage, even though we were unsure it was the right decision. We trusted their advice, but after the claim was filed, our insurance company chose not to renew our policy and dropped us. Now we have to pay DOUBLE to a new insurance company because we have a first time ding on our insurance history. While we understand the insurance company’s decision was ultimately their own, we regret following Skylux Builder’s recommendation without fully understanding the potential consequences. We wish the company had been more transparent about the risks of filing a claim and had encouraged us to consider all of our options before moving forward. As we don’t want this to happen to anyone else and you’re considering working with this company, I highly recommend asking detailed questions and getting a second opinion before being pressured into filing an insurance claim.

I had a wonderful experience with Skylux Builders! Dave and Vyncent were both incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and straightforward. Their communication was excellent, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their work. I would highly recommend Skylux Builders to anyone in need of filing an insurance claim and a new roof. Dave and Vyncent were wonderful to work with, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience!

Wow! Yes, these folks are that good. Excellent communication from first contact to completion. Replaced our shingles and repaired a broken truss all on schedule and on budget. Cleanup was perfect to include three employees doing a final walk around that looked like a FOD walkdown on an aircraft carrier. ~Karen Huseonica
