During the big wind and hail storm last May, we had a limb fall on our roof. We called our insurance company who sent someone out who told us there wasn’t any real damage and they would not pay anything. We knew that made no sense. There was an actual hole in our roof. We called Sam at Skye and he came out and created a detailed report for us to send the insurance company. Dealing with insurance is such a headache, but Skye helped us navigate the process, I’m not sure we could have done it without their help. The insurance company finally agreed to replace our entire roof after looking at the photo evidence Skye sent to our insurance company. The roof itself looks fantastic, and you can tell they put real care into their work. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. They finished the whole job before I got home from work, which was impressive. Overall, it was just a great experience. If you’re looking for a roofing company that does quality work, communicates well, and really takes care of you, I’d recommend Skye Roofing.

Sky Enterprises is a GREAT company. Sky Enterprises replaced our roof two times within 4 years because of hail damage. Using the same company two times should tell the reader of this review the company is GREAT! The owner of the company, Sam Karpaty and his assistant in our area, Matt Gall, are personal people that look out for you. In our case, Sam and Matt sat down with us and explained how the Homeowner insurance payment works and in detail the construction and durability of the new roof. Sky Enterprises always provided us physical paperwork concerning the type of roof and color; when their start to replace the roof time would be (in coordination with the neighborhood), and all the paperwork we would need so that we could submit their information to our HOA for approval. They also took the burden away from us working with the insurance company. They did it all! I want to write a little about their workers. They have their own team leaders, and all were really nice to us and respectful. They worked hard to finish the job. That was good to see. Everyone doing something all the time. No slackers. The company and workers are like a family. I don't hesitate to recommend this company. I live in San Antonio, TX, and you can ask Sam or Matt my telephone number and I will gladly confirm what I just wrote. Peter G.
