  Pathetic, slow (all day to replace siding on the west side of a 1,300 sq. ft. home) and disrespectful, especially to the neighbors of a job. Used our driveway, trash receptacle, and side property was littered with roofing/siding materials, water bottles, etc. I see why most of the street went with the competition. Personally, I prefer Dale's, as does my family.

  We had an excellent experience with Skinner Roofing from start to finish. The quality of their work was exceptional, and the entire process was handled professionally. Devan was wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and always took the time to answer our questions. His communication was excellent, and he made sure we understood every step of the project. He was also genuinely personable, which made the experience even better. The roofing crew worked hard, treated our property with respect, and did an outstanding job with both the installation and the cleanup. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about their customers. If you’re looking for a roofing company that delivers high-quality workmanship with honesty, professionalism, and excellent customer service, I highly recommend Skinner Roofing. We couldn’t be happier with the results!

  This company is all about service, from the owner Nathan, down to each of their crew members. Zach the GM solved a major hiccup during real estate transaction and we were able to close on time. Which lead to some very relieved sellers and some very happy buyers. Thanks for all your help guys!

  My experience with Skinner Roofing from beginning to end was exceptional. I highly recommend them! The different employees responsible for their portions of the work of replacing our roof and gutters was seamless. I appreciated the professionalism, excellent communication, and friendliness.
