  After trusting Legacy with our roof repair unfortunately we noticed after spending $750 on repairs from them that it was still leaking. We finally found a second opinion who notified us of the poor job done as our replaced shingles were “floating in the wind.” When discussed with Legacy we were told the entire roof needed replaced despite the problems reoccurring in the same location. Do your research on this company, like we wish we did!

  Kathryn, We are extremely sorry to hear this. We have tried reaching out multiple times to see if we can come back out and go over everything. Unfortunately repairs don't always work, but we would like the opportunity to reassess the situation and see if we can come up with a solution to the issue.   they installed the roof, but have very poor attention for details. trim work and drip edges are all something my kid could have done... disappointed

  Patrick arrived on time and after listening to our concerns about the leaks that we found on our ceiling, he let us know what he would be inspecting. He checked the roof, found a few issues and fixed them immediately. He sent us a complete photo report showing what was found & repaired. Great service, wonderful experience and we will definitely be contacting him if we need more work done.

  I wish there were a way to put more than 5 stars, because if it were possible, Patrick would easily deserve a 15 / 5. He was absolutely fantastic. The response time was very quick, communication was crystal clear, he was empathetic, and went as far as to explain everything in detail, in order to help me fully understand. I without a doubt highly recommend Sipes Roofing to any and all looking for a reliable and trustworthy roofing company. Thank you again Patrick!!!!
