Multiple issues with the roof after I got it reinspected by a real professional, two different, other professional companies. Only after 3 weeks Later. I previously gave him a five star review from A driveway view because I’m disabled and I cannot be climbing roofs. But after it started leaking water again, I have to revise my review on this company /. I’m no roofing expert, but I had him out here once to do the roof. He came out here twice to fix some of the metal flashings and stuff like that to tighten those up in the third time he came out was to run the water on the roof with the hose. By the other two very very professional companies, I have over 60 photos. And there’s a date on the shingles that’s like nine years old. And they smell moldy as all get out. And I got a Date on shingles they left here. Yes, he did not need to pull a permit because whatever’s pre-existing which is the my old roof was pre-existing, this guy was just replacing it and putting a new used old Roof back over my other road old Roof. I did not even have to pull a permit to put my back fence up because I was just taking my back fence down and replacing it no changes were being made with my fence, so there was no need for a permit because I wasn’t changing nothing Please do not go with this company. They are a total mess and now I have to go to court over these guys. It’s just unbelievable. And of course they blame me and not their selves.

Had Burgett Roofing do repairs to our roof follow a electric service upgrade. They replaced the valley where the old masthead was and redid and caulked the flashing on our 3 chimneys. Also had them cut in a roof exhaust. They are very cordial and professional. Cleaned up all of the debris and hauled it away. Throughout the whole process of coordinating with electrians and power company Billy was great at communicating and making it work out. Will definitely call for future roof work.

As an investor, this is definitely my go to roofing company! Very good communication, fair prices and easy to work with. Did a great job on the repairs I needed, as well as pointing out a couple other necessary repairs, which they came back out and took care of also. Will absolutely use this company again in the future!

I called Burgett Roofing & Repairs after the storm in Lorain tore off my siding and they came and repaired it quickly, at 6:30-7:30 am. I was not there to pay them, yet they repaired the damage. I did send Billy my check on that same day though. Great guy! Great work! GOD bless Burgett’s business! 🙏🏼 …

I give Burgett Roofing 5 stars. Billy is such a professional guy. He and his staff were very nice & pleasant. I called for estimates on my leaking roof and siding from the wind storm he came out same day, I asked Billy if he could let me know how my top roof looked overall. He let me know about my chimney, pipe, and missing shingles that needed some repairs done, and took pictures to show me. He got me scheduled a few days later. They came on time and got the job done, and pricing was affordable. Burgett roofing is who I will be calling if I have problems in the future. I will definitely will be referring Burgett Roofing to others. Thanks again Billy!
